Great place to stay I’ve enjoyed the stay

My room when I check in was definitely still dirty that was my only disappointment but other than than that the stay was nice staff was nice and helpful just recommended better cleaning of the tubs and floors was dirty

Got to the hotel a couple hours early and manager got my room clean before checking in and let me go to the room early. Very nice staff 10/10

Nothing The outside looked very nice but the inside needed a lot of repairs and there were bed bugs and I checked out

I asked for housekeeping to clean my room and especially the bathroom. I got a piss poor job when the housekeeper was cleaning my room. They did NOT clean the bathroom at all! She walked in the bathroom and she stood there and flushed the toilet and walked back out! Not to mention when housekeeping was "cleaning" the room the floor was half swept and not mopped or the furniture wasn't dusted off!

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The place was run down and the lighting was ancient. The bathroom light is on a timer and turns off. No ironing supplies. No in room coffee maker. Very noisy when the door opened and closed next door. The couch was sunk in the middle--very worn. The breakfast was pathetic. Odds and ends. Nothing warm. Coffee was tasteless. There is no elevator in this hotel. Needs updating very badly. I was told at the desk that they dont "do anything online" as a reason for not responding to my messages.

The room had gnats and didn't seem to be a problem when the staff was informed. Fridge in the room was loud and not usable because it was too loud. Staff seemed unphased by complaints. Pool was ok.

Nothing On top of the fact that there were bugs and public hairs all over in the bathroom, the floor was all sticky and there was a hole in the wall in which you could see through to the other wall.... we also had to call the police and file a report for a hate crime against them as they refused to acknowledge my husband's psychiatric service animal saying it was nothing more than an ESA animal and we didn't have any right to bring him to the hotel. My husband and his dog were neither one welcome. Also the police told us that human trafficking cases have come out of this hotel. Do NOT stay here or give this awful human your money!

The overall hotel appearance was dirty in need of an update. Pool was closed with issues. Housekeeping came to clean our room only made one bed and didnt restock the towels. Plus there was a $100 property deposit that was not disclosed.

Everything was pretty terrible here. The ac unit cover was broken the room was out dated our tv didn’t work. There was not one positive thing about my stay tbh

The location is good, Costco is near and it’s next to 465. No soap, no shampoo, moisture and bad smell in rooms and hallways.
