Everything about this hotel was excellent except there was a lot of rain in the area for a week or more before I arrived in the carpet and tile floor in my room were damp

We were double charged by mistake (booking.com and the hotel) and the manager processed the refund promptly. The breakfast was one of the best that I have had having traveled both within and outside of the US. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The attendants were pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the airport (which was helpful as our flights got cancelled two days in a row). There was also a nature trail next to the hotel where we took our kids walking. Overall, would definitely stay here again. We waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle. We were told several times that it was coming instead of the attendant just saying (which the driver later told us) there was a shift change, and it only goes each half hour. The pool was grimy and seemed to have a gray film floating in it. My kids were really looking forward to the pool, and this was one of the reasons that we booked this hotel. Otherwise, everything was good.

The business center printers were all offline.

They did not clean my room the day before i left. Their website says breakfast included but when you go in they charge you a fee . Also they dont provide extra beds so it doesnt matter what the website says, if you travel with children, prepare to sleep on the floor. Unfriendly staff, hair dryer has NEVER been clean, dirty bath-tab. The only think OK was the ride to and from the airport- I would change both receptionist, day and evening.

Hotel itself was very nice. The staff at check in were very helpful and nice but when returning from the airport we had to wait 90 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. When I called the second time for pickup they told me the shuttle driver didn't receive communication to get us and it would be another 30 minutes. Very frustrating.
