No transit to the Indianapolis airport which is offered by every other hotel in this area.

Great location, new property and furnishings, very comfortable with family and pet for short stay. Breakfast could have had more choices. Coffee in the hallway was cold by the afternoon. Very high pet fee. Slow draining sink in bathroom.

Our bathroom in our room wouldn't lock and it was a sliding door so it wouldn't stay shut unless you could lock it. Our room door lock wouldn't work they had to keep putting a charger on it for use to get in our room multiple times. It was a huge inconvenience when carrying a sleeping child trying to get in your room and having to walk back to front desk to get staff to get access to your room daily

Location & proximity to IND for an early flight. Quiet & comfortable. The staff was absent when I tried buying something at market.

The rooms were very clean, the property was very clean. Our afternoon staff person was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The only possible negative for our stay was that we had a two bed suite with only three total pillows. I feel confident in the front desk would have taken care of us, but we were too tired to go down and ask.

Free airport shuttle no longer available. Was given a $15 Uber voucher, but I never used Uber before and the explanation on how to use it was confusing and I wasn’t able to use it because of that. Mostly my fault due to inexperience with the service
