It was very nice . I really enjoyed the breakfast, Shea the lady that was supplying the food was the sweetest person. If you came while she was there she had the most pleasant spirt and so very friendly. I love everything

The staff is amazing! Rooms were clean and well maintained. They even brought out XL board games for the kids to enjoy. The gilling patio was an awesome plus that we enjoyed using as well. N/A

Staff at reception was unprofessional and very unfriendly. Booked a king bed room for many reasons but when we went to our assigned room, it was 2 queens, no sofa. Went back to reception and she said "Expedia changed your room" which turned out to be a fabrication when confronted by an Expedia agent; receptionist changed it to "we gave them an available room rather than turn them out". She said there was nothing she could do other than talk to her manager. I requested a call from same manager and never received. Sadly, there was no "apology" or "we made a mistake", "Is there something that would make your stay more pleasant". But she did say we would cancel our reservation and stay at a different hotel. WHAT!
