I was unaware at the time but the east side of Indianapolis is not a safe area. Be careful where you go at night. The hotel itself had a stripped down car on cinder blocks in the back parking lot. I would not stay here again. The hotel itself did feel otherwise like 3 stars - things seemed generally clean other than a lingering smell. Continental breakfast was Continental. Visit this area at your own risk.

Noise levels were mostly good. There were a few occasional loud moments, but nothing that impacted our stay. We stayed 5 nights and did not have room service during that time, though we knew we could request it if needed. The included breakfast was a nice bonus with the usual options like eggs, sausage, bagels, and yogurt. The pool was closed and drained during our stay. The hotel is about 7 miles from downtown. The immediate area has several hotels nearby, but the neighborhood changes quickly once you leave the block. It looks like new management recently took over and is working on renovations. We saw new AC units and other equipment being brought in, which is a positive sign. Some reviews mentioned unfriendly staff, but that was not our experience. Overall, we knew what we were getting for the price, had no major issues, and would stay again.

Stay somewhere else. This is not a good hotel!

1) Pool was closed by health depth. Don't know for long it had been, or will be, but chose this location because of the pool 2) Hot water fluctuated day to day from luke warm (at best) to close to hot enough 3) Housekeeping did not clean room in 3rd day, as was indicated in the room

The inside definitely looks better than the outside, but it could use some maintenance. It isn’t a cleanliness issue so much, but more of an outdated and needs some upkeep. The room wasn’t bad. We did book a room with a king size bed and they gave us a queen size bed, but that was fine. The pipe under the sink leaked some and the shower definitely needed hardware repairs. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but for the $250 price we paid for the night, I definitely would’ve expected better.

2.) Property’s Interior: Smelled like weed, very worn and buckling carpet in hallways, room door knobs/handles missing parts. 3.) Room: Old, but still useable. Noticeable wear and tear of furniture and air conditioning. Bathroom sink in Accessible room too small. 4.) Bed: 5-Stars, one of the most comfortable I’ve been in. Bed frame was creeky and loud when getting out of bed at night. 5.) Staff were less helpful than other hotels. Oftentimes, they wouldn’t be at the front desk but would leave a sign instead. Overall, I would have stayed somewhere else if I had the money. For the price, you literally get what you pay for. Next time I need to stay for a week, I’m going somewhere else.

Okay for the price. Room could use some updating. There was no hairdryer. The freezer in the fridge leaked condensation onto whatever items were in the fridge. The ironing board had no cover, looked dirty, and was bent so it didn’t stand flat. Bed was comfortable, but we probably should’ve requested extra pillows. Hotel was close to what we were doing in Indy so all-in-all it wasn’t great, but wasn’t terrible, and took care of what we needed.

Our rooms were clean, the was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and linen was clean and refreshing. The only issue was the pool was open so some issues. Overall it was very pleasant stay

Shower did not work. Not well maintained. Bad neighborhood. Please dont book again

I made a reservation on Wed morning, for 3 nights. I chose this hotel because they had a pool. Upon arrival I learned the pool would be closed the entirety of our stay so I attempted to cancel the reservation. The cancellation policy required that I had to cancel or modify the reservation by 4 pm on Tuesday (the day before I actually made the reservation), for any type of refund. I had to pay for 3 nights at a hotel I didn't actually even stay at

The room itself was very clean and comfortable, but the property and grounds overall is a bit rundown. The breakfast was good, and the lobby area where it is served was also very acceptable.

We have stayed here before it's a decent hotel and not a bad price with good location. The pool had a closed sign by the county (we weren't using it anyway). Our non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes in bathroom when we first got in but we were able to deal and circulate the air while we went out. Not terrible experiences here but it's not perfect either but that's ok.

It’s a dated venue for sure. The pool didn’t work due to lack of chlorine” and the staff wasn’t very helpful when it came to noise disturbances. The breakfast was mid and outside landscaping was neglected by far!!!!!! Worst experience ever.

Outside was dirty with trash. Room had broken lights, broken chair. Found half eaten apple under chair. No wash cloths. So unhappy ☹️

The TV and the iron did not work; both were needed.

The lady that checked us in and out was so nice and helpful thank you so much the room was clean the bed was so comfortable the breakfast was cold and ended at 9 that was the only downfall

This hotel is disgusting. There were human feces outside the main entrance, vagrants and beggars, the hotel clerk was far more interested in scrolling on his phone and other times was in his back room watching TV. Couldn't even be bothered to say hello. The breakfast was beyond terrible. Old fruit, no choices and one of the primary reasons for booking this hotel was Expedia claimed "wonderful breakfast" If a packet of freeze dried oatmeal and week old fruit defines wonderful... well so be it. Felt unsafe staying there. Would never visit again. The building is in poor repair, grass and flowers are dead and uncared for, mold everywhere. Just disgusting. Wish there was one good thing I could point out, but there is not.

The room had not been recently vacuumed. The TV channel selection was terrible. My remote wouldn't consistently operate the TV. Just gave up and pushed the buttons on the TV to change channels. The weather stripping was missing on the bottom of the door and there were pretty significant gaps around the door, letting in light and noise. The community areas were not clean, the areas by the elevator needed painting, and the ice machine was not working on the 4th floor. Most concerning was the lack of security. The outside doors don't easily latch, so people can go out to their cars, etc. and not have to use the key to get back in. The breakfast area was not maintained and spills were not cleaned up during the buffet hours.
