Its about a block over from Riley Hospital. There is a Bistro/Coffee and marketplace on Gent st which takes you right to the hospital or the Hotel. It right down from the gas station and I found a block over on 10th st there a several restaurants. But there is a list offered, of places that will deliver. Nice place, I just wish for the price you pay the furniture and room floors could have been cleaned better. Pretty nasty even the desk chair. Quiet time was definitely not that. Had people on my floor and the noise started at 9p, so I was woke from my sleep several times. That needs to be addressed with people and kids. The slamming of the doors all night and the kids running down the hallways (w/ a parent) was so messed up. Shower includes: shampoo/ conditioner and lotion at the sink. Breakfast was cool. Nothing really exciting except the juice machine offered infused water. Staff was great, my keyboard kept locking me out but quick fix by staff. No hot tub, thought I red that but there is a pool and a small work out room. Laundry room, icemachine right at the elevator, convenient. House keeping was great also. Located close to the campuses too. Ooh, and maintenence was available for any repairs not when you signed out the room. That's a plus. Overall, besides a few minor things. Great stay!

The bed was comfortable, but the room was not very clean. The man working the breakfast unfortunately was pushing down in the garbage to take it out and then refilling food! We witnessed this repeatedly.

Close to IU medical center for early morning appointment The carpet was sticky and dirty in the room. My socks were very dirty after walking around in the room preparing for bed.

Breakfast was not great. Mainly processed food. Pool was very, very small and not really usable. Needed handicap room which was on the 2rd floor-the farthest room from the elevator and had a step over tub and no walk in shower.Room was large and bed ok.

Our was less than great here as the first room assigned had such a strong odor of stale old carpet and room fresher - it was overwhelming. Room 2 was right next to a group of young adults just hanging out loudly and having spent 17 hours in a hospital room after a long red eye flight was not ideal. The 3rd room was acceptable but not great. Maybe it was a little bit me being so tired that I just wanted to rest in a clean quiet space and I was being overly picky or maybe it is what is was. I will say that the front desk clerk Juan was AMAZING, he was so kind and patient with us and did all that he could to be empathic and concerned for our situation. Juan was the highlight of our stay there - Thank you Juan!!!

Clean beds Sofa should have been leather or anything other than cloth. Just between us, I ended up with bed bug bites on my back because I sat on the sofa. I did not get them from the bed.
