No chairs, AC kept room too cold, no way to raise temperature.

No response from owner on checkin info. Called, texted, and emailed. Arrived to find a lady? Possibly owner, didn’t identify herself just said, “you, key on bed.” Hmmm. NOTHING LIKE PICTURES on website, no wonder why we drove by twice before realizing it was the property. Immediately had to use bathroom from the long drive, what! It didn’t flush. Damn, panic mode. I’m a contractor, I can fix it. But first, washed my hands, reached for a hand towel, ewwww full of long black hair. Yuck! The spiders behind toilet in there didn’t seem so bad after that. Oh well settle in, oh what, no place to put any clothes or belongings. I hung my shirts on curtain rod. I shoulda used the ceiling fan, it didn’t work. So it’s the bed or the floor, which again had long black hair and Little stones around. Oh well, let’s get a shower. no hot water,KNOB SPINS 360 degrees and none of them were hot. Ugh. it is what it is, only here two nights (so I thought). Time for us to get to sleep. Nice bed, on a piece of OSB plywood and 2x4s! Pull down the comfy sheets, what the frig, more black hair! And pebbles! IN THE BED! Didn’t tell the wife, she would have screamed and slept in the car! Nice window ac unit, kept the little room comfortable between nightmares of the lady in the parking lot and clumps of hair…. We paid for two nights and left after one… I choose to waste money then to spend another night in this place. If there was a way to leave negative stars, I would. I did ENJOY FREE PARKING

Really nice and staff was amazing

Bed breath was pretty good except they did not have no breakfast in the morning there was only three people staying at the time of 7 individual rooms. Two of the small rooms shared the same bathroom down the hall from execut upstairs. The property a little more than an acre needs an update on its landscaping care slightly fountain. Parking was accurate but that was pine trees that was leaking sap clear very sticky on the surface of vehicles.

The exterior is a mess. The landscaping is not being maintained. The fountain under the pergola was broken and half full of green murky water and debris. The backyard had wall covering fabric that had fallen onto chairs. My room had a few issues. There is no A/C control or even vents other than a vented panel over the door that allows a little air in. The fan / light is confusing to use. Printed directions for the remote would help. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The roll holder was on top of the toilet tank. I found a roll in one of the sink drawers. Nothing should be unwrapped in that vanity. The soap pump on the sink was empty. I had to take a shower gel container from the shower to the sink to wash my hands. At 8:45 I left my room. There was no breakfast out. I slid open the cupboard next to the table and some some single serve cereal, but no milk or spoons. No coffee. Nothing. It was cleaner than a cheap motel, and could be nice if the owner or manager was keeping it going, but it looks neglected. So much for a quaint alternative to standard hotels.

What a beautiful estate. The email for check in was not properly sent and it has to do with using this app. We called the Inn keeper at almost 8 at night and they were beyond helpful and even upgraded the room . They were very kind and I was thankful as my elder mother was traveling home from PA to OK and it and been a long day of driving for her. They provided a great place for rest.

Reeked of marijuana upon arrival, no one available to help with front code, no code ever sent for actual room, no tv remote, and continental breakfast was a joke. Only good thing was that hot water was available in the shower.

I've never been to a bed in breakfast, or anywhere that wasn't a hotel or a whole house for airbnb but I was very impressed with how clean and neat and tidy it was. My boyfriend and I were highly impressed. The property itself is really nice and the owners were very quick to respond if we had any questions

I hated it because it was false advertising nothing was as it appeared on lined. The bathroom knobs kept falling apart locking us in the bathroom. Floors was cracking, the bed was lumpy, rooms was hot and the water didn't get hot. I absolutely hated it

There was nothing I liked beside the outside trees and the grass. I will never stay at this place again. It was false advertising. I brought my mother here with me for a special event that I was a part of and I also inviting other friends to stay there as well. The doorknob to the bathrooms would fall off and we would get lock in, the towels were with holes in them, no breakfast was every cook, the bed sink in and the floors was not level. The rooms were hot and it got cool on the last night we stayed. There were no ironing board with the iron. The downstairs kitchen where we were told we can keep our drinks in was not cold the freezer didn't even get cold. We were so disappointed we couldn't get nothing else because all other rooms were booked. We look for the people over the property that lived there, they were never around to assistant with nothing. I can't believe that they are still running a business. They lied about everything on their website.

The owners were amazing! Never been someplace where staff and owners were so on the spot , friendly and accommodating! The other guests were so friendly. We made new friends, sat on the porch and enjoyed each others company. The first room we were put in the bed was broken. Had to wait for them to set up a new room for us. In the second room, The bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. Creaky every time we moved, shared bathroom, no hot water, had to let them know the sink didn’t work. Rooms small, stuffy with no control over temp except to open the window.

Price mattress needs to be replaced…sunken in the middle, creaked loudly when you move. Didn’t sleep well. There was no continental breakfast as advertised only a keurig coffee machine. The shared bathroom walls were peeling and no hot water in the faucet

Very nice and clean anytime I'm in the area I will definitely stay again I'll b up in Indianapolis for a long time on a job that just started I know where I'm going to stay. Everything was great
