Kind of a dumpy place. Saw few small cockroaches in the room. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff at reception was unprofessional and very unfriendly. Booked a king bed room with sofa bed for many reasons, but when we went to our assigned room, it was 2 queens, no sofa. Went back to reception and she said "Expedia changed your room" which turned out to be a fabrication when confronted by an Expedia agent; receptionist changed it to "we gave them an available room rather than turn them out". She said there was nothing she could do other than talk to her manager. I requested a call from her manager after they spoke and never received a call. Sadly, there was no apology, or we made a mistake, or is there something we can do to make your stay more pleasant. But receptionist did offer to cancel our reservation and stay at another hotel. What? This was booked weeks in advance and pre-paid thru Expedia.

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, the free continental breakfast was good and had several options such as pancakes, biscuits and gravy, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The room and bathroom were clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable.

They barely spoke English and didn't care if the key worked. I didn't stay more than 3 hours and was still charged the 2 days!!very disappointed with them

It's old and a bit run down. Okay for an overnight place to rest. Nothing fancy

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4:15 am. Driver was on time, loaded us up and dropped off exactly where we needed to be. We paid $50 for parking our car while we traveled. We returned at 12 am and were greeted by our driver, who loaded us up and delivered us safely to this property. The staff had our room keys ready and we were off to bed. Nice bed and pillows! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

This is a very outdated property. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke so they moved us to another room. The room still wasn’t as clean as we hoped for but doable. This is a low priced hotel and that’s what you’re getting. Okay for a one night stay but definitely wouldn’t book for longer.

The staff were very friendly and made check in quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, right next door to a restaurant and grocery store. Decent price for breakfast included. We didn’t eat there but the coffee was good. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. There was a centipede in my bed. The sheets made me itchy but that may be my allergies. The shower head was spraying out of the side so we had to stick the shower curtain to the side of the tub so it wouldn’t soak the floor.

Shuttle driver was friendly and accommodating. Location is going through a revamp.

Not much. Place is disgustingly run down. WORST hotel bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced in 50+ years of commercial travel. Unthinkable. Carpeting is over padded and dirty though I’m sure not because of housekeeping efforts.

It’s an okay place for a low price. Room was clean enough. Breakfast is not great. The location is not the best.

It showed signs of aging but was adequate, clean, and comfortable. It was not far from good places to eat and things we wanted to see.

The property could use some attention. The room wasvery nice, very clean. The airport shuttle stunk heavily of cigarettes.
