Place was gross.

We stay at Quality Suites every time we’re in Indianapolis!

Place was great. Loved the room. No problems.

the rooms smell bad, the TV, fridge, ligths, and electric port do not work in the room just the bedroom and the entery working. You can see mold in the selling.

That the hotel had occupancy for the convention. Not much else to provide; the hotel was run down and poorly ran. The hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke - every time we complained we were either told they'd address it in the morning or that there was little they could do. Everything from the doors to the elevator seems in drastic need of repairs or maintenence. The staff was present but had little in the way of friendliness or assistance with any of our concerns. Even checking out I think the staff said a handful of words to me; not even a thank you for staying or an apology for the issues.

It didn't feel very clean. Felt old, dark, and dingy. It was also frustrating trying to get a soda from the machine and losing my money without getting a soda and then the sign saying there's nothing the hotel can do because its not their machine.

The overall rate. Cleanliness was an issue in the hallways. Smelled bad. Shower did not drain. Continental breakfast was not great.Cabinet was in disrepair. Staff incorrectly set up our hotel key. My friend ending up soiling their clothes because they could not get into our room on time. Staff would not allow us to use the lobby area to play games because they “could not turn on the lights after 10pm”. We spent over $1000 for 4 nights, how hard is it to let us play? Disappointing.

We originally intended on staying two nights but shortened it to one because of the overall condition of the room. Mold in the bathroom, trash under the end tables/desk etc. Every time we left our room our keycard would reset, so we’d have to go back down to the desk to have it reprogrammed. The staff was very accommodating but told us “we’ve told the owner about this problem and they won’t fix it”. Had to have it reprogrammed 4 times in a one night stay. Cut our visit short. I would not recommend staying here.

A good place to stay for a man who is by himself and just needs a place to sleep.

Continental breakfast was ok. Coffee, scrambled eggs, biscuits, toast, waffles, cereal, oj & milk. Cozy fitness center. On site laundry available Couch in room had a few unsightly stains.

I traveled for business, given that, one of the biggest things I looked for was wifi included. Their wifi was not working. My husband went down to speak with the lady at the front desk. She said “yeah we know, my boss knows how to reset it and he isn’t here to reset it.” Maybe not word for word. But needless to say we got stuck in a hotel with no working wifi. Then a couple started arguing in the hall, we called down to the front desk because it was escalating and it was 11:30pm, I had something important to do the next day. The same lady acted like we was inconveniencing her. About 30 minutes passed and now the guy from couple fighting is now screaming about killing himself or saying something about her filling him. Im not sure so I called down again. Again the lady acted inconvenienced and was like “for my safety, Im not coming up there.” I was thinking… and what about ours?! And i dont want anyone else getting hurt either. So i told her that i felt something needed to be done with i didnt want someone getting hurt. She said would you like me to call the none emergency line? I paused… and said well yeah. Something. I would not recommend this hotel. There is other issues. But those were top 2 for me.

Property is in need of some maintenance (the second floor laundry room and rear of the front desk were begging for a fresh coat of paint) but the room itself was clean and quiet. Very satisfied, would stay here again.
