We are currently homeless and are receiving housing assistance homeless vouchers and I informed staff our situation due to request for seurity deposit. Unfortunately I was able to get the deposit so we could not stay.

The staff was friendly and professional. The food was good, many varieties to choose from, and plentiful. Location was easy to find, and there was ample parking. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious! We would recommend the Signature to others.

The stay was awful which is disappointing because I've stayed here several times and never had issues. Paid ahead of time with Klarna but hotel still accidentally charged me another $225 and still not sure that is resolved. Room did not like pics either.

I really enjoyed the breakfast! The hotel was walking distance to the concert I was going to.

The blanket that was folded in a bag in the closet (to be used for the fold out couch bed) was covered in dried blood. It was disgusting to think that I was making the bed for my children to sleep on and exposed myself and them to a biohazard. While the front desk did agree to move us, it is unacceptable that the room wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over my life, and I have never had something like this happen.

The exercise bike was out of order, but everything else was fine at the property.
