This new enso Hotel lies inside Ingolstadt's Ringstraße Road, beside the Saturn-Arena and near the Wonnemar Spa and Leisure Center. It is just a few minutes from the motorway, Audi, Saturn and the Airbus Defense and Space. The soundproofed rooms at enso Hotel feature individually adjustable air conditioning, heated floors in the bathroom, a flat-screen TV and telephone. The lobby bar provides relaxation and good company. It offers hot drinks, cocktails, wines and Italian snacks. The enso Oase spa area on the 6th floor offers great panoramic views of the south of Ingolstadt. Guests can also walk through the Klenzepark along the River Danube towards Ingolstadt's Old Town.

Breakfast selection was good. Room layout and bathroom facilities were below standard; towels were old and thin; carpet design was sore to the eyes. Drinking water price was ridiculous, as well as the wifi.

Good food (meals). The meeting catering was excellent! The carpet in our meeting room was damaged, as the part at the base of the wall had detached. Also, the staff were very helpful. But there were too few of them on the ground floor. so it would be good if there were an additional person either on the reception, or in the restaurant. Otherwise it was a good hotel, and a good stay.

Location & availability The room wasn’t tidy. Smelly like a smoker was in there before with the smoke detector missing. The bathtub was missing a piece (don’t know how it’s called). And if you have a glassdoor to the bathroom, you should at least clean it… Not much of any extras. Breakfast was OK but nothing worth mentioning. Other hotels in Ingolstadt do better.

Good facilitie in the hotel. The staff very friendly and supportive expecially in the Hotel bar. The offered room was generally fine, sufficient for one person, however the first impression with a broken contact door locker surprised. The issued manual key was acceptable. In the bath room the washing-stand was moving as I touched it. The same situation was with the basin mixer. With some small effort it could be fixed easily :( and avoid the guess dissatisfaction. The glass door to the shower was a bit sunken, required to lift it to open or close it. During the 4 night stay only one day room cleaning provided :( . The Hotel could invest to a softer toilet paper.
