We had a one day stay here & it was a good experience. The location of the hotel is quite good, mid way between the old town & other city areas. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very helpful & friendly. The room size was also quite decent.

This is a wonderful place that I would certainly book again if I ever have the pleasure of returning to Innsbruck. It’s a bit of a walk from the center of town, but totally worth it as the walk goes through a beautiful city park. Really, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great hotel - spacious and clean rooms. Great mountain view. Quiet. Walking distance to the center. Next to the Hofgarden. Great stuff and parking options.

No restaurant around, need walk to old town for dinner.

Parking slots were made for VW Golf, you needed to empty the car first and then park carefully. The good old times were few years ago, but despite of it, everything has nice atmosphere.

Also the Congress stop was very near which was very easy to catch public transport to the old town and Swarovski garden. Supermarket was also very near Very clean and specious rooms. Luggage storage facility for early check-in and late checkout. Nothing, everything was awesome.

Everything was first class. And I had a great view of the Alps and the Inns River from my room. There's a grocery store around the corner and a great wiener food truck just down the street. I loved walking the pedestrian bridge over the Inns about a block away. They have a parking garage.

Just Wow, what a great stay. This is an exceptional hotel! Ok, tough one, but I could not grab a coffee prior to the 6:30 start of breakfast, but that is nitpicking.
