The friendliness, staff was helpful and informative. It was close to bus routes as well. No AC - but they gave us a portable fan which helped greatly.

Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Checkin was a bit laborious. I had to input everything myself even though there was a receptionist right there waiting for me to input the data. The greatest problem though was that we couldn’t sleep because the room was too warm even with the window wide open. No mechanical ventilation either so you really have to sleep with the window open summer and winter.

Facilities are good. Staff’s attitude was awful. I was very polite but was responded in cold and rude manner.

    Very bad service and attitue

The room had all that I needed, and it was clean. The staff were nice. The only reason that I didn't say exceptional is that the hotel is not as conveniently located as I had hoped. A lot isn't within quick walking distance. However, I figured out the bus system, and there's a stop not that far from the hotel.

It's a well localized hotel, a medium-small room but sufficient and cozy for a couple. We'd to pay 3 euros per person for tourist tax. Very clean, quiet and the shower is good. For sure a good option in Innsbruck.

Yhe hotel staff - they didn't tell us in advance that the hotel will be closed since 23th of December - We ware practically last guests. But this was not the only thing - the heating system was minimized on the day before our departure - the last night was not so comfortable. The breakfast on all days was not so good, but the last day was at the minimum. So this is a budget hotel, but it is not a hostel, so the price was not fair enough for the services at all. The facilities are good - the room was fantastic with a great view on both sides - obviously it was not the perfect time of the year for this hotel. But this town, at this time of the year - magical. Take the note, dear Hotel, it is for your service.

Excellent value for money — clean, bright, close to the centre, with friendly and helpful staff and beautiful mountain views from the rooms.

This hotel is perfect for solo travelers. It's modern and within walking distance of as good as everything. There is more than enough parking space in the neighborhood. The room has the right size. Special shout-out: the people from the reception are extremely friendly and helpful! Only one thing: being a tall person, some doorways and the bathroom sink were quite low.

The place is a bit far from city center but overall very good value for money

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Very small room but well designed Clean, and new The room has no AC or fridge. The staff are not freindly or hospitable. On our first arrive we had some cheese with us and we asked the lady in the reception to put it for us in their fridge but she refused. The beds had only one thin pillow for each person when we asked for another pillow the lady in the reception kept asking us why do we need that and that they never had any complaints before and even came to our room herself to investigate more about our request as if we asked for something very wiered and got us the pillows but hardly after that. The internet is so weak.

The hotel was nicer than expected given the price. The breakfast is well worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is in a quiet residential area, there is a large market very near, the Olympic stadium is a 5 min walk, and about 30 min walk or 10 min drive to the town center.

Breakfest was 20€ per person per day. You can find some cafeteria or coffee with cheaper breakfest.
