We booked a triple room, which was perfect for my spouse and I as we were traveling with our adult son. He had his own sleeping space apart from ours. We really liked this layout with a shared toilet and shower area. The beds were comfortable and it was a bonus to have the windows that open at the top by slanting inwards. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of food options including eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, etc. We really looked forward to starting the day with such a nice meal. The location of the hotel is in a residential area of the city next to a park. We liked that because it was quiet and devoid of many tourists. You do need to walk 15 minutes to see the sites in the old part of the city - but that was a good way for us to explore Innsbruck. Finally, the staff at the hotel are very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend if you stay in Innsbruck that you consider this hotel. As mentioned, the hotel is in a quiet residential area. During the weekend there are only few open restaurants nearby, although the new Thai place down the street was great. So, this isn't really a knock on the hotel - just a fact.

For the price charged, a fridge and a couple of bottles of water would have been welcome. Unfortunately had a disturbed night’s sleep due to a strange buzzing noise which could intermittently be heard throughout the night. Too tired to get up and investigate but when mentioned in the morning was told it was likely to be the air con.

Loved the view, the room and the location next to a lovely park. Breakfast was superb. The fresh orange juice press is great! Make sure to take the stairway to heaven from the sauna room. Nothing

Leipziger Hof is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very nice decorated with a nice bathroom. It provided bathroom amenities, i.e. shower gel, shampoo, great mirror and the lighting was very nice as well. The hotel has a tram stop right in front of it and the city center is easily accessible and it is free when you stay I think 2 nights. The Breakfast and dinner we had was amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful and the check in was very fast. The best thing though is the sauna area with relaxing beds and massage chairs. All very clean. Nothing really, apart from the carpark (that needs to be paid for) is down a very narrow drive but this isn't really a negative.

Breakfast omelets were made to order and were delicious.

The stay was very good, and the staff members were friendly. We have a heating problem in our room, so the staff has given us a portable heating machine. The location is well connected with the tram, and one can reach the city center in 10 mins.

We loved the way the rooms were set up for a family. The property was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I wish they would have made the guests not stand in front of the entry doors to smoke their cigarettes.

It’s a lovely old fashioned hotel that offers all the modern conveniences. The staff is very attentive. They take good care of their guests. Chiara at the front desk was amazing

The room was so spacious and clean. The facilities were in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great view from the hotel and it was a short walk to the Christmas Markets. The hot water kettle and selection of teas was excellent ! There was ample street parking outside and since parking is free on Sundays it was only €4.20 to stay till checkout after free parking ended at 9 am the following day. Highly Recommended! The housekeeping staff did NOT knock and entered the room around 9 am. I had read this in other reviews and can confirm it happened to us too. We were only staying the one night but I can see this being very awkward and inappropriate for longer stays. Its a great place to stay so please fix this @Lepzinger Hof!!!

The rooms were clean and spacious, and has the amenities (kettle, tea, coffee, even shoe polisher!). I arrived late at the reception and the staff noticed as I walked through the door and offered me a warm greeting and check me in. I asked about parking when I booked so they reserved me a spot (parking is additional cost), making sure I get one even though I was late to check-in. The breakfast was complete (cooked eggs with your choices of sides, fruits, muesli, yoghurt, coffee, bread, cheese, deli meat). The best part is the two ladies in charge of the breakfast - they were very attentive and greet you as you walk in. Nothing really, if I have to really nitpick, just be careful driving into parking site as the entrance is narrow for large cars.

Pleasant staff Easy transit to station and to main tourist section. New sauna and steam rooms. NA

The location seems far from the main center but it's a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. The room was spacious and modern. The walk-in shower was separate from the toilette, which was in the bedroom, but it had a great shower head and plenty of hot water. There's enough electrical sockets for recharging your devices. Breakfast had plenty of options. The friendly staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful, they even brought up an extra pillow that I had requested. They have secure outdoor parking as well as an underground garage, perfect for motorcycles.
