Close to train station and a short walk to anywhere in town

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was ruined. We booked one night specifically to get a good night’s sleep. However, at 2 a.m. the hotel was evacuated due to a false fire alarm. Then, at 8 a.m., a housekeeper simply walked into our room without knocking or permission, which was completely unacceptable.

The staff at the front desk was not very friendly or welcoming.

The location is good for person coming with car and wanted to enjoy walk in city center. The persoanl were kind, and did a good welcome. The room was calm. The shower did not work well and he bathroom was not so clean. And the buffet at the breakfast a bit small for an IBIS hotel. You need to add pay the car park in addition.

It was strategic location for train riders, can't miss the hotel. Nothing

Rooms were spacious and clean. It was very difficult to find since there was no external signage that would help non residents from Innsbruck.

Location was convenient The air handling was not great and the noise from the main station nearby made it difficult to open the windows. In general, it’s kind of what you expect from an Ibis but the price was quite high for what we got.

The proximity to the train station and my daughter said the chair that was in the room. NA

One of the towels had a strand of hair left from a previous user... There were many other towels, and I used them, and it was fine.

room is very basic, but good value for the money, bed was comfortable which for was the most important. No kettle in the room, but they do have in the reception area a kettle and everything free to use, so i guess its fine, just little bit less convenient.

it very noisy outside during the night and had a hard time talking alseep. I think the price of the stay should be at least $15 euros less.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and we were never given washcloths, which we thought was odd.

The design of the room is pleasant and the sound-proofing of the room (next to the central station) was excellent.

This hotel was right across from the train station. Very convenient for someone who travels by public transportation. I checked in, left my suitcase in my room, then immediately went exploring the old town.

Nothing Rude hotel receptionist who gave us the wrong room type which caused us a fortune to find another accommodation. We needed a room with two beds but got a double bed. So, one of us had to stay somewhere else. The staff member simply just said it’s not their problem.

The hotel chain is clean and modern. The staff was irresponsible. We arrived a bit early, so they could not give us all the rooms. We went out to explore the city and got back around 5ish. After everyone got into their rooms, we realized that one of the rooms was not what we booked. We needed a room with two beds, but they gave us a room with a double bed. We protested at the reception around 6pm. The receptionist just said it’s not their business. The problem was cause by the morning shift staff. We were told the hotel was full. So, we had to go out to book an apartment at a very high price all because of some irresponsible receptionist brushing us off without any compensation. I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel. You might run into the same unfortunate situation as we did.
