The location was very convenient and the rooms were spacious and clean The only negative is the noise from the trains. But it was manageable

Clean rooms, great views, rooftop bar. A/C doesn’t work and no fan. Rooftop bar kitchen closes earlier than stated. Not free parking.

Right next to the train station. Windows were well insulated so we didn’t hear much noise from the city. Rooms were tiny with hardly any room for our things. Felt very cramped. Also their tv kept returning to their welcoming screen randomly while watching FIFA which was quite annoying.

It was literally right next to the train station in Innsbruck which was perfect because we took Austrian OBB high speed rail so we needed to be close the train station. Easy check-in. Friendly staff held our luggage while we waited our room to be ready. The room was clean, but it was quite small, and the bathroom was tiny. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, so we had to keep the windows and curtains open at night to cool it down, which unfortunately let in a lot of outside noise.

We appreciated the close proximity from the train station, the warm welcome from your friendly personnel upon our arrival, the breathtaking view of the mountains from our hotel room and the exceptional breakfast! It was truly an unforgettable stay!! n/a

Location very convenient for station. Very modern. Superb view over station and rail tracks, especially from the bar and breakfast room. Hotel provided a charger when I could not charge my phone. Room very small for two people. Breakfast was fine but not enough proper tables available - had to use a very low chair and small coffee table - not easy for good digestion.

The hotel was next to the train station, which is why I booked it. The space was so overwhelmed by the double bed that there was little room to move. There was no coffee maker or tea kettle, and only two paper cups for beverages. They use the "Captive" service for internet and it didn't work for my laptop. The window wouldn't allow me to click the "accept terms and conditons" box. I'd try to click and nothing happened. And I had to restart my computer every time just to get the window to appear. That was supremely annoying. There was just one trash can, in the bathroom.

Nice place, located very close to the train station yet remains quiet and they let us check in before the check in time and we’re grateful for it. None

The breakfast cost was way too high for what’s served. It was a very basic continental breakfast for 18 euros with some pastries and fruit.
