We absolutely loved our stay at AC Hotel Innsbruck. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were soft, and we all slept great. Our rooms were spacious, and having connecting rooms for our family with our two teenagers made the stay even more convenient. After staying in a few hotels with rooms that were uncomfortably warm, we especially appreciated the excellent air conditioning. It kept the room cool and made a huge difference in the quality of our sleep

Locations is perfect, walking distance from the downtown area. Staff were friendly. Checkin took us around an hour, theyre saying it because alot of people arrived at the same time, however i think the process itself it slow.

Fantastic room and the view. Really good service. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The only downside was the smell of cigarette in the room. Please check the room before guests check in.

Excellent location and the staff could not be more pleasant. Everyone I encountered was completely dedicated to ensuring our stay was excellent and they went over and above time and time again to make sure everything was perfect. We will without a doubt stay here on any return to Innsbruck!!!!

Friendly staff Good location Not clean - we found other people's hair on the bed sheet on our first day there Dangerous bathtub - the bathtub was quite high without anything to hold and was quite slippery Lack of hangings in the bathroom - nowhere to hang the towels or clothes at all.

The service at the breakfast buffet was slow or they forgot to complete the request. The parking was not free and had to pay, even though it said in the booking that Parking is free.

breakfast was good, staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean and excellent view! location was perfect , very close to the city center, walkable in all directions. though the parking garage was in the hotel basement , it was chargeable and I think 22 euros for a day, was too much to charge for hotel guests.
