Good value for money. Room was comfortable and conveniently located near train station and historical center. I would be happy to stay here again. The room was quite hot with no AC, though there was one electric fan. If you approach the hotel from the direction of the station, there were some men drinking on the sidewalk; however, this can be avoided by approaching it from the direction of the historical center. I didn't think this was a big deal--an it's certainly not the hotel's fault--but maybe worth noting.

Just a small dislike but our stay was for three days. The shower did not come with shampoos or gel included but there were two sachets of gel when we arrived. We used them the first morning when we showed but they were not replaced.

Close location to train station and old town. Only body wash is provided. No shampoo. The towels are very thin and feel like sandpaper.

Except Parking, we thoroughly enjoyed this location

We reached the guesthouse at 10pm post the 9pm check-in time. The Manager provided us with the key code and directions to the key box to ensure we got into the room without any hassle. The guest house is very close to the Innsbruck Main station and conveniently located with regards to the city center and bus stops

It was a great location relative to the train station and also the cities highlights. We especially like the fact that our room opened up into a quiet little garden courtyard. That was such an unexpected surprise. It was small and quaint, and I wish we had more than just one night there. I really can’t think of anything. I didn’t like about this place. It was really quite perfect for us.

Close to train station but very quiet. We had a little patio on the main floor. Nice to open door and hear birds There was no mini fridge but as we were only there one night it was fine. Otherwise great.

Pension Stoi is absolutely adorable and so conveniently located. I was able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants I wanted to visit in Innsbruck. The room was beautifully clean and tidy, and I had a lovely view of the garden. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The only thing I would change would be to have a kettle and a little fridge in the room so I could have a cup of tea whenever I needed to.

Staff was friendly and helpful. There was no way to tell the staff they didn't need to tidy the room. There was also no waste basket in the room.

Everything

Doors and windows are paper thin so you can hear everything happening on the streets, other rooms or bathrooms.

Location and cleanlines and staff was great Our room didn't have a separate bathroom, which was a bit challenging considering that we were travelling with a kid. For one night it was ok, but if we were to stay longer, we would prefer to either have a room with a bathroom or a different place.

There is no small kitchen to make tea. No hospitality at all. Staff Ms. Fatima needs to improver her hospitable.

In the description it was written that a kettle was among the facilities. It wasn't in the room, we had to ask for it. They told us it's shared with 2 other flats so we should leave it in the hallway. We did and didn't see it until the end of the stay. We could make proper coffee in the morning. A

Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Great location. No breakfast. There are 2 parking places, and they are difficult to get into and out of. .

Very nice staff

The room was huge! The furniture was comfortable and there was daily housekeeping. The location was right near multiple bus stops and restaurants. We would happily recommend this hotel!

Very close to Innsbruck station and city center

Great location a few blocks from the hauptbahnhof, tucked away behind another building with signage you have to really look for directing you to the front door. Easy walking to the altstadt. Huge plain room (fortunately with our own private bathroom) with comfy enough bed and duvet. Nice sized bathroom that had adequate shower pressure and hot water, although the shower leaked a good amount. Very friendly and helpful staff. No elevator and check in is up one floor and our room was up another floor. With heavy bags it was somewhat difficult for us (in our 60s) but was nice to stay in a friendly pension at a good price. Heating could have been warmer but was adequate, although the tile floor in the bathroom was pretty chilly. Each of us could have used another pillow as the one given was thin and floppy. They were not able to give us the free transportation pass that was part of us paying the city tax for 2 nights' stay.
