Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Bed was a little hard, shade didn’t work in one of our rooms. It was difficult to get into the parking spot because of another car not related to the hotel. Shower was a bit small.

The location was close to the bus and train stops and also a short distance from shopping and restaurants. The rooms.were spacious and quiet. I really liked the after hours door to enter which was a great safety feature. The breakfast was delicious as well!

Great location. A few minutes walk from the train station. Very central. Without air conditioning, in hot summer nights it can become uncomfortable. But, I can also understand why the might not want to have it and make matters worse.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. Breakfast was great and the location near the old town and train station was wonderful. That I didn't book a second night!

Staff was extremely helpful - even tried to help us with our train booking when it wasn't working on the app on our phones. Room was really nice and even had a small kitchen and deck. Location was very handy. Only issue was elevator stopped working for a day of our stay. It took a while for the repairman to fix it, but we were lucky, it was working when we took our bags up! And by the time we took them back down!

Breakfast was delicious. Great variety of food for breakfast. Good coffee. We had to leave early on the day of departure and they packed a to go lunch for us.

Very minor things - the bathroom was quite narrow, but leaving the door open fixed that. I would have loved the choice of a firmer pillow, the ones provided were fluffy and soft, but that's not my preference.
