Excellent location and amazing views
-
Everything was great except for the housekeeping service. The staff usually only made the beds without properly cleaning the room, and towels and tissues were not replaced regularly.
-
Beautiful property in innsbruck. Location was excellent. And the view from the room was superb. Could see the mountains and lush greenery from the room. Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was very good - excellent breakfast and many choices for dinner

Check-in is late at 4pm and it must be earlier for the conveince of the guests

Good Location Near the center and shops. Top Floor restaurant view is amazing. Breakfast was good. A welcome drink on the restaurant was complementary we enjoyed it with the views. Sounds every 5 min heard from the room which was annoying i think it was the water pump supply.
-
Centrally located. Nice room. To have to pay for parking. The food was not good.

Amazing location in the heart of Innsbruck with stunning mountain views from the room. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious and relaxing. Perfect stay for couples and travelers exploring the city. Nothing major — the stay was excellent overall. Parking access can be slightly confusing at first, but once understood it was convenient.

I came to Alders in Innsbruck straight from a Radisson in Zurich, and there was no difference in decor of the room, amenities, bar/restauarant/breakfast area, etc. AND THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR! The rooms are all 7th floor or higher. It is the tallest building in Innsbruck. And the shape of the building guarantees that every room has a tremendous view of the mountains regardless of which way you are facing. Nothing. It was all great.

Mattress wasn't as comfortable as I would like. It sagged on the edge and middle.
-
Great location Amazing views Friendly and accommodating staff Great spa On 11th floor you can hear the kitchen staff and bar goers through the ceiling. Not great if you’re a light sleeper.
-
Everything. Bedding was comfortable. Rocking chair in room with an absolutely amazing view. Clean bathroom with heated floors. Breakfast was spectacular with a large variety of quality food and beverages, again with a beautiful view. Close to the train station. Not applicable

Location, nice hotel. A bit pricey

Excellent location within walking distance of the train station and downtown. Amazing views of the valley from every side. An amazing spa, bar, and breakfast. Staff were incredibly professional and accommodating.

View was fabulous, loved the bar on level 12 and that they let you hang out drink and eat there. Much better than restaraunt. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very relaxing atmosphere, peaceful. Wait staff very attentive. Reservations were a little wacky, couldn't make them from my room without a ph number without country code, very strange so we went up and got a table after a little fussing. Didn't like where we sat. (In dining room)...there were a lot of empty tables. could have been given a better location- since we were hotel guests. Room was VERY warm...couldn't cool it down, very uncomfortable. Also using the parking gargage was chaotic.. instructions were complicated two different parking tickets then had to pay the last day to get out since we checked out before we drove toh car out.

It's a very nice hotel with rooms on the higher floors and awesome of the city and Alps. The room size was average, and the bathroom well equipped with a nice shower. The rooftop bar and balcony are a really nice extra, where we spent quite some time relaxing and enjoying the views. If I have to pick something: I didn't like that the windows could not be opened. I like to have fresh air in the room. However, the a/c was easy to control and quite silent.

Some street noise but expected near train station.
