The pipes in the walls were making uncomfortable noise, especially during the night. It would be great to have a kettle to make tea or coffee in the room.

Traditional feel of hotel and modern rooms. Nothing to dislike!

Breakfast is decent and nice. Great for a good start, room is in a small side for the double Had a tree outside the window Bathroom area small as well, only used sher certain provided some privacy. So uncomfortable No tea kettle for hot tea or coffee, which was in usual for 4 stars hotel. Pricy in general.

Absolutely everything I liked about this property! Lovely staff. Perfect room. Exceptionally clean and perhaps the most comfortable bed, linens, pillow, and two months of my traveling all over Europe and very nice places I might add! I’ve even asked for the name of the mattress and linen so I could purchase these myself. A few times, some idiots were sitting on the front doorstep, smoking disgusting cigarettes. But that’s not the fault of the Hotel.

Great hotel. Loved the Austrian feel and it was in a great location. Very reasonable for the property! Always rooms could be a little bigger but that's just europe.

Clean and cozy place with a beautiful lobby and a great play area for the kids. We stayed in the junior suite with our three children, the shower setup in the middle of the room was a bit unusual, but overall it was a good experience! The staff was very kind, breakfast was good, and the location is perfect. Thank you! The property has a lot of stairs, which made it very difficult with a baby stroller. There are stairs at the entrance, in the dining room, before the kids area, and even a set of stairs right after the elevator before reaching the room.

Location to train station and all attractions was great and breakfast was sufficient. I liked the adjustable glass on the tub for the shower. Room lighting was warm and I really liked the closet area. Lovely staff. The sofa bed was awful!!!

Newly remodeled, very close to the train station, an amazing breakfast, and the hot/infrared saunas made it a perfect stay!

Beautiful hotel, super convenient to train station, wonderful, friendly staff. Clean and comfy. Nothing

Great location, reasonably nice rooms. Got there and they up charged us for the number of prime, even though we specified 2 people per room in the reservation. They agreed that’s what my Booking.com reservation said, but that wasn’t what loaded into their system…

Location is excellent. Close to everything None really

Great location and proximity to the city center area Breakfast didn't look too good so we didn't eat at the hotel
-
Excellent location, close to the train station and attractions. Lot of restaurants near by. Decent breakfast, very big rooms especially the family room and very clean & modern. Nothing in particular, it exceeded our exceptions and one of the best place in our whole trip.

Great Hotel Nothing

Good location between train station and the Old Town. Could walk everywhere. Larger sized walk-in shower and plenty of soap/shampoo available. Not good value for the price. Rooms need to be updated, as the common areas of the hotel are way nicer than the rooms! Walls were dirty, not enough pillows, shower was slippery. We did ask the front desk for more pillows and bath mats, and they were very accommodating.

Great central location to the train station. Front desk staff to cleaners and other servers were great except for one (see below). Clean comfortable room. Fairly quiet (some traffic and patio patrons noise noticeable with window open) Had a homeless person living in the window well beside the hotel. Makes the area sketchy and really impacts the first impressions we got walking down the street to your hotel. Also one older dark haired tall slim waiter was rude to us two evenings when we stopped into the bar for a nightcap. It seemed he didn’t want us filling up a table with our minimal order. And rushed us to finish so someone with a potential large order waited. We paid both nights with cash. This server never even offered to give us our change. Just keep the money for his tip without asking. Inconsistency in shower water temperature. I’d set water at a comfortable temperature and 1/2 way through shower the temperature would get hot or cold for about 10 seconds then it would return to my desired temperature.

Staff asked too many questions at breakfast It made you feel uncomfortable/unwelcome You were rushed even before breakfast ended Only room
