I think they might just clarify where is the reception. Apart from that, great!

The hotel is comfortable and quiet and has everything that you need. It's not near the city center, but is only a tram ride away.
-
Great hotel 10 minutes from the city by tram. It felt like we were in the countryside rather than so close to the city. Great staff, comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast.

Clean rooms. Lovely people. East parking. Bathroom smelled mildewy and a bit of a walk (or easy tram) from center town.
-
The location was great, and there was a nice shopping center walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast had a good selection of food and beverages.

On the outskirts of town but I liked the nice quiet location(other than the church bells from the church right next door). But that stops at 10PM and doesn’t start back up until 7AM. Right across the street is a small dairy that has a vending machine that sells fresh milk and eggs! Next to that is a small residential farm that also has a vending machine that sells apples, pears, and apple juice. There is a great restaurant within 100 meters of the hotel. I had one of the best meals of my life there - no joke. The tram to take you into the city is only about 300 meters away. If you want a place outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, this is the place. Also great breakfast and priced very reasonably.

Good hotel. Comfortable. Location was good with a car. We needed some help for a doctor and the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to be happy to help us.

Absolutely nothing.

Compact, really good building with the perfect view in town

Loved the place, size of the room and bathroom. We booked for 3 ppl and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly and also location of the hotel was pleasant and beautiful.public transportation was easily accessible.

Location was nice. Quiet. Outside Old Town but with easy train/bus into town in 10 minutes. Fun farm just across the street. Excellent breakfast.

Great location - walking distance from metro. We were a family of 4 - we were arriving late and they were kind enough to wait for us when we called them before hand. The room was very comfy. But as any other european hotel, no airco. But they were nice enough to provide a fan. The breakfast was included, and it was standard continental. The breakfast staff as well as the other staff was very nice! Gave a feel of a family run hotel. They also gave us a lot of good advise on where to go about in Innsbruck. Affordable price. Free parking. Nothing in particular. outside our windows was another hotel/property that had this annoying lights in the hallway that was set on motion sensor or something and it went on and off every now and then.

Very kind and supportive staff, location is great , at a edge of Innsbruck yet very well connected to the city. Parking was great. Room rather big, good breakfast. We actually liked the place, but if you are picky you may say the furniture is a bit old.

There is elevator which is good when there is big bags to carry. Also, free parking is available. There is uncomfortable smell in the property as well in the bed rooms. The breakfast is limited choices

It is at a quiet location with tram connection to the city. It has parking lot on surface and a limited size garage too. Breakfast was decent, room was clean and okay sized. No staff during the night, some guest leveraged this fact and made a big, noise party in the hall, then after the rooms, made sleeping hard. We can only for 1 night stop between 2 destinations, so it was quite enough for us anyway. Staff was a bit cold to us, however we did not do anything wrong.
-
Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t quite match the warmth of the service. It felt cramped, and the furniture was quite old and outdated. While everything was clean, the space and decor could definitely use a refresh to bring it up to modern comfort standards.
-
No coffee in the room.
