Good location It’s so sad to have only one plug for six people in a room. Everybody needs to charge his/her phone .

Hostel was nice. Appeared to be used as a student quarters during school season. Room and toiletries were satisfactory and got the job done. Wooden bench to put phones on during your sleep was to low to the mattress, making it easy to knock into when asleep. Admin staff weren't present at check-in time

Thé breakfast was good Noisy, they say there is quiet time at 10 but people are up all night slamming doors, taking showers, chatting. You can hear everything outside even if the people in your room are quiet. Also the light in the hall is always going off and it shines into the room through a little window at the top of the door. I’ve stayed in hostels so I get that you can’t expect silence but it’s was nearly impossible to sleep. The bathrooms smelled bad.

I had a really disappointing stay at this hostel. From the moment I tried to check in, the service was awful. They didn’t want to accept my credit card and insisted on cash only. After sending me to an ATM that had no cash available, I asked if there was another option nearby. Only then did they finally agree to try my card again, and suddenly it worked. The rooms were not very clean, and the bathrooms were the same—pretty dirty. There was a ton of noise all night long, with people slamming doors and making a racket. Plus, there were almost no power outlets in the rooms—just one by the door, which is super inconvenient for charging devices. Overall, way too much commotion and a really poor experience.

Room was perfect for me. It´s very good for that price. I didn´t expect any luxury, as I don´t usually to that either. There was everything I need. Breakfast was very good too, and included price.

I liked the breakfast. Some rules, like silence at 22 pm and onward were good, since I was concerned about my sleep routine. The rooms and bathrooms should have been cleaned regularly!

Breakfast is good. Considering how many people are there at 7 on the dot, I think they should take the hint and start serving at 6:30am. System for check in/out, sheets, laundry etc. Is clearly communicated and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Rooms had lockers not requiring your own padlock. Welcome Card included for stays of 2 nights. This includes public transportation in the region. From 3 nights some cable cars are included. This is a huge benefit. Do not use the ATM adjacent to the building. It charges fees but doesn't warn you. Make sure you bring cash (yeh... Welcome to Austria...) This place has a lot of negative reviews. I think it's from people who aren't familiar with the JHA (youth hostel association in German-speaking world) vibe and clientele. The "youth" in youth hostel is in name only. This is not somewhere where fun young people travelling the world alone can connect with like-minded bright young things and go and party. Most customers are families who just want cheap holiday accommodation. It is also a lot of organized groups like churches, clubs etc. Lots of middle-aged and older just being cheap. If you know that, you won't be disappointed.

    Stuffy, warm

Location is simple. Check in process is fast. This is a cheap hostel the beds are comfortable. Walls are thick so dont hear the neighbors doors are thin so hear the hall ways. Do not expect a/c in the summer. For the price and occupancy rate it would be a benefit for customers to have a fan for air circulation in the rooms .the cleaning of the bathroom is in question as the amount of body hair found was alarming.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The breakfast was good. There were also good size lockers assigned to each person in the room. The rooms were mixed which was a surprise. I also thought it was expensive for a bed in a shared room. It's quite a long way from the city centre

Feel yourself here like a student or a mountain traveler. Always crowded as it enough cheap and one of the mail location for youngsters. Very small dorms, not really comfortable bathrooms. But the breakfast they have and Innsbruck itself they cross out all other minuses.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

No facilities for this money, didn't sent invoice by mail by request, too overpriced, dirty bedset

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The breakfast was't bad but there weren't many food options.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Breakfast was great considering it was free. That’s also how I met people there. If you’re looking for nightlife this isn’t your place. It’s a little far from downtown but public transportation is easy enough. If you’re going to Innsbruck to hike this is your place!
