Breakfast Price as not half as good as other hotels in Inverness.

Beautiful location on the river, clean rooms with a great overall vibe.

The old historic building is beautiful and the rooms inside are stunning. Breakfast and dinner were good.

The hotel itself looked ok but the room I was given was in an annexe and awful as it was a duty manager staff room that was being claimed as a guest room. The carpet and walls were filthy and damaged and the bathroom was circa 1950 it appeared. The absolutely awful room.

Location to central Inverness Small room in the noisy back carpark area. Could hear guests plumbing next door. Very over priced for the facilities. Breakfast was chaotic and not a Scottish experience at all. Staff at reception on arrival were lovely but way too slow considering there was a massive queue. Staff member on departure was rude.

Great location in Inverness, but could be so much better The room we had wasn't the one we booked from the website. No soundprouf what so ever. The bathroom wasn't really clean. We espected so much more for the price and the potential of the hotel.

Nice location Playing guess what the DJ is playing directly under or room at 23.30 at night, the staff knew it was an issue, no managers available (they dont work weekends) breakfast was nice food, not very warm and once its on the cold plate and you've walked to your table and gone back for toast or a drink your food is cold. Non of the staff including reception wanted to take responsibility for anything just handed me a card for the manager. Nea great when the room was booked for the Mrs 50th when we got little sleep and were too exhausted for our plans sunday. Still waiting on contact from the hotel.
