Nice and comfy place. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious enough. The place is in walking distance to Inverness centre.

Hosts very friendly and helpful. Room warm and comfortable. Breakfast excellent! The location is brilliant - we were able to take some lovely walks and easily go into Inverness town centre. Parking right outside as the hosts have arranged permits for guests' cars. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Paul was a great host, and provided us with a lot of information on sites, restaurants and areas to walk. Paul provided a cocked Scottish breakfast as well as cereals and yogurts. The room was clean and had enough space for our needs. We feel nothing needs improvement

Clean and good location The shower hot warm is not consistent ..cold water can sometimes come on during the shower . Room is abit small and breakfast in room is very crammy . Breakfast is simple and without protein .

Great hot breakfast. Comfy bed. Quiet. Cozy. Parking on street in front of property. Not real close to city center. We only stayed one night. It’s like staying in the bedroom of someone’s home. It had its own on suite.
