Situated in middle of town. Quaint building. Good size room. Very lovely and efficient staff. Scenic aspect. Great breakfast Noise from surrounding pubs was crazy on night we stayed. Dining room had a large party happening on the night so was busy and noisy.

Location was not far from the city center The room was extremely small, and not very well equipped. Tbf it didn’t look like a three star hotel

Location was very central for walking into Inverness. The staff were pleasant Room was unbelievably hot and the window couldn't be opened because it was broken and had been for some time. Staff knew about the problem with the room but booked us in there anyway. They offered to provide a second fan to help keep us cool (one was not enough!) and a member of staff went off to find one. We never saw or heard from him again. When we reported the problem (Again) at checkout, the female member of staff said "you are not the first to complain about it and I don't think you will be the last either".

Friendly staff Our room wasn’t clean, there was hair on the floor in our bathroom. No fridge in the room. Downstairs rooms were grim.

Restaurant food and service were great! Staff extremely helpful. Location very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in central Inverness.

Convenient quiet location for city centre. Staff generally efficient and helpful. Breakfast served promptly and with good choice. Room perfectly adequate but an armchair would be a bonus.
