The staff was super helpful, cheerful, a pleasure to deal with. The room was not huge but enough for two not to bump shoulders to shoulders. The bed was large and the mattress was firm, rather on the harder side. The pillow was firm and comfortable, keeping its form. The bathroom was small but ok. The breakfast was great: cheese and ham and pastry and fruits to choose from, and they prepare eggs the way you want it. They had fantastic Greek yoghurt as well. The coffee is real and free. We were with a motorbike and could park it safely just in front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Its Kale Boutique Hotel in Ioannina. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and very well located, with a charming atmosphere that fits perfectly with the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. It was only one night, but everything felt smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Modern family run hotel at a great location near the castle. Great breakfast with lots of home made items. Quiet rooms. Stairs only to rooms. No elevator. Parking a bit far but private to hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with clean and well-appointed rooms. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is at a walking distance from the best part of the town.

We had a wonderful stay at Kale in Ioannina. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and well designed, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything! The location is perfect, has free parking in the Castle area that gives peace of mind The rooms are spacious and very nice - although the hotel opened 10 years ago everything looks new. The breakfast is excellent. The staff - Dimitris was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. To make it short - I would not go everywhere else when visiting Ioannina If it must find something maybe the wifi signal and speed could be a little better

Everything! The staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms were impeccable and so clean with every detail designed for your comfort. The location behind the castle walls makes it easily walkable to the lake and several restaurants. The breakfast had many choices and made to order eggs. They could easily accommdate a gluten free diet. The beds were very comfortable with pillow choices. Parking was available on the street and down the street at a special area owned by the hotel. The lighting and security was great. The staff was always accessible. This is a great family run establishment. Absolutely nothing. This is our second visit to which we invited our family to stay there also.

Driving past the forbidden signs is scary, as are the narrow streers in the citadel. Our room was only accessible by stairs - fine by us - but check if you have mobility issues.

Exceptional location within the fortress and near the lake. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good! Definitely recommended. It was a bit noisy outside in the late evening, but nothing too disturbing. We were a bit late with the check-in, so we couldn't get a parking space in front of the entrance. Still, there was a parking provided, 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location inside the fortress. Peaceful and quiet place great for relaxation and rest. Great home made breakfast with lots of healthy options. If you are on the higher floor you need to bring up your luggage and there’s no elevator. Nothing too serious anyway.

staff was very helpful with suggestions to walk around and see the main attractions in a very few time we had. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G. They can happily prepare for you great cappuccino, fresh eggs as you like them, and freesh local yougurt with honey, on top of different home made cakes etc.. healty cereal if you prefer etc.. the room was stunning, bathroom too and great soap, conditioner and shampoo. Really an amazing place, in full historica center -
