The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel was extremely clean. In the bathtub, the glass separation was not properly placed, so after the shower, there was water everywhere. I didn't realize that we needed to reserve the parking so we had to park in other places. However, there were other parking places close by.

The staff, especially Nickie was very friendly, helpful and engaging. Her bright smile each afternoon was welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Also comfy beds and pillows. Only one thing, needed a bit more light in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and nice restaurant on the roof. A little far from many of the places to visit, although we enjoyed our fifteen minute walk through the town down to the water taxi and other sites.

There was no hot water from 12am to 11am the next morning due to a problem with the plumbing

Perfect location for exploring Ioannina on foot. Staff was friendly and more than accommodating for our group. We had 8 rooms booked for a holiday weekend and it was a pleasant and smooth experience from beginning to end. The rooms were all clean, modern, and comfortable. Highly recommend! nothing!

The SAZ City Life Boutique Hotel is excellent. We stayed in one of the suites. It was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely view towards the lake with the surrounding mountains The Roof Garden restaurant had wonderful food and very good value for money The reception girls were very gracious and friendly, and very helpful. Location was fantastic, near the Archaeological Museum, and not far from the Castle and the Lake.The The chairs in the breakfast room and the Roof Garden restaurant are very heavy.

The hotel is in the center of city - you can go almost anywhere on foot. The room was very comfortable with a very nice view to the lake . The breakfast was very tasty. There is also a roof garden bar restaurant with very nice food and views. If I come to Ioannina again I will stay in Saz hotel for sure!!! Nothing

2. During our stay the hotel has shut down the option to have cold air condition, and it was hard to sleep at night because of the heat.

Clean, comfortable with very good breakfast and very helpful personnel. The parking garage is not next to the hotel.
