The hotel is showing signs of aging, but the prices are not reflecting that. The staff is great though!

The quick and friendly check-in, the room and beds were kozy and the shower pressure was great.

When we arrived at 4 pm on August 1, 2025, the room that we reserved was not ready. We had an event to attend so we were not able to wait for the room to be ready. We had to accept a room with a double queen instead of a king bed. We were very disappointed that the room we reserved was not ready an hour after check in. We were not told where to park “just anywhere in the parking lot”. We were not told where the elevator was located, about complimentary breakfast, the amenities available, the location of any vending or ice machines or any additional concierge services.

The only issue I encountered was with the sink faucet. The faucet is not well matched to the size of the sink. The water stream is very narrow, and part of the water splashes onto the countertop instead of flowing directly into the sink. It would be great if this could be improved.

Super clean and the staff was very helpful, our toilet would not flush and the staff made sure that would not be an issue for our stay. And we really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor atmosphere. Free Breakfast

This was conveniently located for a family reunion. The bar and restaurant were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
