The friendo y and helpful staff Overall, the hotel was very good, and I would recommend it. The staff, in particular, was very friendly and helpful. However, I did find a few things in the room that were either not working properly or in poor condition. The curtain didn’t work well, the phone (used to call the front desk) was in bad shape — I had to play with the cable for them to hear me. The toilet seat was very loose, which was uncomfortable when using it. The light switch didn’t work, and the USB outlet wasn’t functioning either. These are small details that don’t ruin the stay, but they are frustrating when you’re paying for a good service.

Super clean, everything looks new or well kept if it wasn’t new. The internet was a bit unstable sometimes. Nothing too bad though

Food was good. Beds are big and comfy. Location is veey good.

It gets really cold at night and there is not heat in the rooms.

The staff. Very helpful. I stayed from 7/21 to 7/22. It was two guys on reception who helped me a lot with my "no Spanish" and everything. I'm so grateful for their kindness. If I come back one day I will definitely stay at this hotel Nothing to complain

The breakfast was really nice, the cooks and buss boy were great. Definitely not a hotel to travel with infants. I have a 9 month old daughter and there was no hot water to wash her bottles and pump parts, no way to steam them, no mini fridge to store her breast milk bottles, and no ice to put in the cooler and every time I’d ask a question to the staff it was not very helpful.

Pleasant staff and very helpful: Clean: Good location for visiting town and getting to the frontier crossing with Ecuador. Very cold - no heating in the hotel and bedroom. The bed was too cold and needed to wear extra cloths in bed
