Very good facilities, the room was warm and everything worked. Upon my request, I was also given a room far from the road, which was very quiet. When other guests were in the hotel, the Internet was basically nonexistent. Also, all the center of Ipiales is a bit rough, so be careful at night

The lady hired to do all the work I messaged the day before arrival about dropping off my bags. Never received a reply. I messaged the morning I left, asking if I had left a phone charger behind. I messaged the same afternoon. I messaged the same evening. Never received a reply. What is the point of sending messages to this owner? A total lack of concern, especially after a guest has paid and left.

This is my favorite hotel while in Ipiales. Clean rooms, functional bathrooms, good hot water, reliable WiFi, friendly staff and near city center. No complaints.

Clean and well located with Secure Parking. Hot showers and comfortable bed. Perfect for a stopover in Ipiales and great value for money. We had a room by reception which was quite noisy when guests were coming and going. However it went quiet at about 11pm
