Close to town centre. Comfortable room. Nice view It was noisy outside the hotel and appallingly noisy overnight with a party on till 3 am. Really hard to sleep.

The place is well located, the rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. However, due to the climate, the rooms are extremely cold for visitors who are not used to such low temperatures. It would be excellent if, as a 4-star hotel, it had heating.

Nothing. At arrival, late night, they told me there is no availability for me. 30 minutes later they arranged me a "better" room but this hasn't warm water and hot tub doesn't works. The worse thing was a party was happening in a meeting room in the same floor that ended 5 AM. My whole family could not sleep because people laughing and singing, music very loud and also pets was making a terrible noise.

the location near the cathedral older rooms not well cleaned. tv in room had no internet connection nor ability to raise the volume. also no antena connection so it was unwatchable a visit to the bar showed only a few bottles of wine no scotch whiskey or rum. or gin or vodka.
