the room was clean and well organized. hot water bottles at night. the cleaning staff were fantastic. the location was very convenient. we lost a swipe card door access, a plane un printed one. we opened the door with it and then couldn't find it. after we stayed for 2 days they wanted to charge us 50k pesos for the card. Worth around 5k pesos (I know this because we use them in our business). when I said I wasn't going to pay the 50k, the response was well the staff will have to pay for it. this is of course completely unacceptable. the staff often gave the impression that they were likely repercussions from management for doing something different. we would not stay here again, even though the building is nice.

The bed was comfortable

Location was perfect. Property was very clean. We asked for an earlier check-in, but it was not possible. We had to wait 45 minutes after checking time to receive our room. They didn't even give us a drink as compensation for keeping us waiting. Breakfast choices were very limited. One day, they left us without towels.

Good location, clean and spacious room, front desk personnel kind and polite The Spa was rather disappointing: overpriced, the sauna was cold and there was dust in the jacuzzi. The restaurant disappointed as well: overpriced, the lasagna was lukewarm, the spaghetti came with a piece of silver foil inside. The breakfast opened at 7:05 instead of 6:45 as mentioned during check-in, while we had a bus to catch.

Modern and Comfy

The room was great and the balcony was huge and amazing!! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and powerful, and the staff were all great. I arrived around noon and they were strict with the 3p check in. It was a great place, in the middle of downtown. And only a 10 min drive to the Rumicacha bridge where I crossed over and hung out in Ecuador for 10 mins......very cool experience. Also you have to head to El Charco and try the "cuy" So here comes my inner Karen....two things that annoyed me: 1. There was only one tiny garbage can in the bathroom and none out in the LR/bedroom. Please supply a second can. 2. The toilet seat.cover didn't go all the way back and so each time you sat down, it started to close and just rested on your back till you got up again. Just gross. Either .ake it stay up so it doesn't touch you, or remove it altogether ?‍♀️

It is very cold in Impiales and they brought tea and hot bag to the rooms as a courtesy by the hotel. Had trouble with room Key for the elevator

Location was great. The breakfast was good and the staff was excellent I didn’t like that I couldn’t pay with my credit card for my hotel bill. I have been to many placeres around the world including Medellin, Bogota, Cartagena, Santa Marta and Barranquilla in Colombia. This is the only place I couldn’t use my credit card.
