Location was great, front desk a breakfast buffet staff were so friendly and helpful It is a little outdated, but I don’t think much can be done as it’s an old building
-
The staff was excellent and welcoming. Room lacked adequate dresser/drawers to unpack items that could not be hung up.

Great clean room nice shower location good breakfast

A lovely hotel right in the center of the town with delicious food prepared perfectly from their restaurant and a wonderful staff of friendly, courteous people. Thank you Louisa for your kindness and everyone else for making our stay beautiful Everything was great!

Staff was welcoming and informative. A pleasure to stay. Perfect location in the middle of everything yet quiet and relaxing in the room. Very clean. Excellent value. You can book with eyes closed

I loved my stay here. In the middle of town, many restaurants and short walk to the beach. Since my trip was to rest and write this hotel gave me all I wanted. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the people on the street and looking at the sea. I did not like the breakfast. Not many options. To much cake.

The location, the restaurant, and the staff were fantastico! We stayed to short

Firstly, the staff. We had limited time in Ischia and were arriving before check-in but not only did they accommodate us checking in early so that we could explore but also upgraded our room! It is a boutique hotel so in busier times this obviously cannot be guaranteed but it was a lovely gesture. The room is very spacious, immaculately clean, very comfortable bed, smart TV and good WIFI, all key amenities a person would require. The location - very close to the port and literally as soon as you leave the hotel, you are next to streets with shops, restaurants and it is a few extra moments to the sea. As with the port, the depot for catching buses around the island is also within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was good, a decent selection - the pastries and coffee being excellent. There are great local Ischian traditions when it comes to cuisine, the hotel is connected to its own restaurant and so you will be well looked after in this area too. Also many other high quality restaurants close by for evening meals. Upon leaving staff were very accommodating in allowing us to keep our luggage for a few hours. All in all, very friendly and welcoming which was an extension of the atmosphere and feeling that the people of Ischia gave us as a whole. We look forward to returning and would certainly like to come back to Hotel Da Raffaele! Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay. There is nothing to fault!

The staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Gina and Luisa. The room was light and comfortable. We had a great sleep while staying here. The breakfast was freshly made every morning, and it was delicious. The location is so convenient to walk around the port. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel N/A

This hotel is beautifully appointed and clean. High tech lights and air conditioning in the rooms. As much as the facilities were nice, the staff was exceptional. The attached restaurant was the best one we found on the island. Nothing

Our experience at Hotel Da Raffaele was wonderful. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, great location and very friendly staff. The location is perfect for walking around Ischia and is close to the harbour. We could rent a scooter for a day and explore the island on our own. —

Very good
-
Clean room, comfortable bed, good & large shower, balcony with view, and Andrea, main customer service person, was extremely helpful and happily offering good suggestions (restaurants, beaches, thermal baths, ...), and direction such as which city bus line to take.

Very good

Very good value for money, excellent location, kind staff. Knocking on the door to clean the room. You can add signs so that people can indicate whether or not they want their room cleaned.
-
Great Location Balcony was small and couldn’t really sit on it, but there was an extra charge. Thought we were getting a functional one

Andrea was very helpful and gave us a new room when we asked for it (wanted a balcony and first only got a room with a french balcony). He was also super helpful with regards to our travel to the airport and provided thorough information. The transport from the hotel to the airport was only 55 euros per person and we highly recommend this! The breakfast was not very good. Few choices and the staff was pretty loud and were talking loudly to each other. At 9.55 they shut off the light and yelled that the breakfast was ending in 5 minutes. Not very customer friendly...

Perfect location, amazing staff, clean. Classic Italian breakfast - could be better.
-
Very pleasant and helpful staff! We have booked a standart but received upgrade room. The greatest thing was a huge terrace. Great location! 5 minutes to the city beach and 16 minutes to the seaport and bus stop. Delicious food in the restaurant (for lunch and dinner). Poore breakfast (as for Italians hotels). Simple rooms. Standard room is too small.

Great location in shopping area and by the beach, a short walk from the Port. Good food available in restaurant and snack bar attached to hotel. Shower was very small and difficult to get in and out of. No gluten free options at breakfast, even though requested when booking. Some staff were a little rude in their manner at times.
