Hotel Terme Oriente - Beach & SPA

This hotel and staff were so generous in their warmth and hospitality. Excellent breakfast which was prepared by a very kind and accommodating chef. Room service was wonderful. The front desk people were exceptional. The spa and therme baths second to none. Incredible bedding slept like a baby. Immaculate cleaning staff. Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was good, had to get in early for warm eggs. Hotel was located close to port, beach, bus stop, market and window shopping. Great gelato place and deli nearby. All walking distance if you are in good shape. I like a heartier breakfast, however, Italy is known for cappuccino and baked goods from what I've been told. We moved our room because original room had a bar/music below window so hotel was accommodating.

Staff were very kind, friendly and very helpful. Location is great. We stayed in January during a storm that shut down all the ferries. Getting a scrub and massage was wonderful. Hotel needs a refresh- dated wellness facilities with lounge chairs that had stained and dirty cushions, hotel room was very clean but old looking. Lobby couches needed cleaning. . Robes were very old and fit poorly

Lovely, bright, cheerful hotel and spa in ideal Ischia location. Loved the welcoming grounds, lobby, room and pool areas. Super clean throughout. Within a block of shops, market, church, restaurants. About 2 blick

Cozy, inviting in a great location. Easy walk to everything. Liked the balcony and the lobby and front porch to sit and have a coffee or drink or read or play a game. The staff were friendly, informative and very helpful. And they let us store our bags until we checked in later that day. Bathrobes or slippers could be a nice touch since there are thermal baths on site.

The charm of the overall building as well as the lovely setting for the outdoor thermal pool were welcoming and relaxing. The property was in an excellent, central location. I was able to easily walk from the port and then had easy access to shopping, restaurants and sites. No complaints.

Perfect All was great!

Very conveniently located close to the main Ischia port with many departures to both Naples, Capri and Sorrento. Great spa area included, with hot healing pools, saunas and a bid outdoor pool with a very nice area. The guests are mainly older people which makes it perfect for a sanatorium retreat. Many food options right at the hotel with good variety of breakfast. Comfortable and attentive for children.

Short walk from the port, nice pools, good restaurants around. Our room With the terrace had a clothesline set up, perfect for drying swimming suits! Very thoughtful! The flat tv is smaller than a computer monitor, Not really viable for tv watching. And the safe doesn't work.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Oriente! The thermal facilities are truly relaxing and well-maintained — a perfect way to unwind. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Our balcony room was bright, spacious, and offered a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ischia! A few areas for improvement: some fittings, like the toilet flush, could use an update, and having a guide or brief orientation in the thermal area would be very helpful for first-time visitors. Overall, it’s a charming hotel with great hospitality and a genuine Ischia experience.

Friendly staff. Great room. Excellent working fridge. Good furniture if you want to eat in. Good supermarket nearby. Comfy bed & good working shower, nice hot water. Hotel foyer was very atmospheric. Good coffee bar nearby. Lovely 38 degrees pool to laze in.Harbour was a short walk away from the hotel, & beach nearby. Planning to visit again. Everything was fine.

I loved the location and the setting was very tranquil. They offered me a room to store my luggage and have a shower until my later ferry, at no extra charge. The spa is excellent and the thermal jacuzzi is a must. I will return again. Great location. Nothing at all. Personally I like tea in my room and.a lot of Italian hotels don't have kettles in.the room.

Exceptionally friendly staff! Small but nice spa area Unfortunately the property is very outdated (especially the bathroom). The breakfast was in a very dark room and was not nice. There are currently renovations on some floors which is somehow unpleasant.

Lovely Hotel and spa currently renovating. But, the service was very good, breakfast very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
