Very good location, very central Not accessible, very dated the rooms were tiny with barely enough room for two people to move around. The shower was extra tiny almost childlike. More importantly the nightly entertainment went on until 12:30, which would be ok if it was good, but honestly it was pretty sad cover songs

Welcoming and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast and comfortable bed. There was no kettle for making tea and coffee or glasses for wine in the room. Also the WiFi was weak in the room.

It's a hospital, it's not a hotel. Totally disappointed, at a luxury hotel price, it looks horrible, the furniture is old and of poor quality, the smell in this hotel is old. I'm not talking about the bathrooms, so small that you can't actually move in the shower. I didn't like the hotel because it is outdated, for the current conditions. It has luxury prices and you don't even have a refrigerator in the room. Everything is archaic, it looks like a sanatorium

Great location, spacious room with balcony, fresh towels daily. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Giuseppe with his advices. We would definitely recommend this hotel, looking forward to stay here again

The location was great, very pleasant staff, willing to help you anytime. They upgraded for free our room for themselves for a room with super nice balcony to the terrace. The breakfast was excellent and super organized.
