The shower was tight

The property is impeccably clean with an attentive and lovely staff. We loved the location with direct access to the beach. A short walk brings you to the main strip, where you have a myriad of shops and delicious restaurants. Each evening, you can join all the Italian families for the passaggiata. We loved staying where all the Italian families were enjoying their family holiday. It was an authentic and incredibly enjoyable experience, where family and culture are front and center in Ischia Ponte! If you're used and love the full American breakfast experience, then the selection may be disappointing.

Breakfast. Having to ask for what you wanted was a pain. It was extremely slow and often the order was 60% wrong.

Location is perfect - within walking distance both to the port and to Castello Aragonese. It is on a nice beach, you can relax. Good breakfast and very good value. There was no view from the room, just a balcony and a wall of neighboring house.

The hotel is directly on the beach. Has a nice terrace. I have an okay breakfast, but they give you discount on the beach club that is wonderful with very good lunch menu. The location is just 10 minutes from the port and in the middle of ischia portal shopping Street. I initially booked the solo room in the basement felt very claustrophobic but they were able to change my room of course for a fee to a better one with the terrace.

There was no elevator in the hotel, and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs.

Location. Breakfast. The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable. The man at desk told me my little fridge was cold and I didn’t want to argue but it was not cold and my food rotted.

No internet reception in basement floor. Breakfast is basic, and service is somewhat slow. Beds' mattresses were too stiff to our taste.

Good place

The people at the desk were really helpfull and tried to help us all along, it's a big plus for us. The terrasse in front of the sea is very beautiful AC did not work the first night, and when it worked later it kept making loud and high pitched noises, not sure if it was refreshing the room as it was always fresher outside The mosquito doors have openings all around so we had to kill dozens of mosquitoes or suffer from the heat of the room. Breakfast on sunday was really bad (stale pastries, biscuits were crumbling, self service was replaced by two very slow people (15min for 3 slices of cake and a coffee... with one plate per slice, saw them serve a pear instead of an apple and mixing orders, not being sure which tool to use to cut the cakes...) All in all, we could not rest during our stay and we cancelled our plans for the day to rest somewhere else. Comments on google seem to say that ac is working and breakfast is great, so we hope our experience is exceptional and not the same for every client.

Loved convenience of location it is exactly right for Solo traveller , it is in the middle of the busy city street with shops and restaurants and right on the beach from the other side. Very well managed thank you to Fabio. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and patient Marika , Antonio and Danilo looked after all my requests straight away . Room was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace with sea view.

The patio for breakfast was lovely. The maids were fast and efficient. The food at breakfast was tasty & there was a good selection of food and drinks. The location was great for the beach and shopping. I Wish there was an elevator—but that wouldn’t keep me from returning.

Beautiful place

Beach was very close, too bad they don't have a private one to their own. Breakfast was good but they need a menu with what you can choose. Location is perfect. At breakfast would be nice if at least for water and juice you can serve yourself. Related to the beach it would be nice if they have some card to be able to use the back entrance, otherwise you need to get around multiple buildings. We booked a more expensive room but they changed it with a low price one, because we forgot to add our child (1 year old) to the reservation even if she slept with us. This thing was not communicated at all by the staff. Our room was occupied before we arrived to the hotel, we know that because our terrace was close to the room were we should be hosted and saw that someone was there. The seif was broken.

By the sea, close to the port. Felt we could have been given sea-side balconies as the property did not seem at all full. Shower very small.
