The property was beautiful. The location was good. Restaurants were good. Very helpful staff! Breakfast was exceptional. The beds were very hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

- the staff is very friendly! - very good breakfast - location - is closed to the port, close to the bus, close to the beach, very convenient - the beds are not very comfortable - I find it very inconvenient that you have to pay for the towels at the pool and the cap, just include it in the hotel rate - also there is no iron and you don't have the possibility to borrow one, you have to give them your clothes to iron them and that comes with an extra charge that no one told me about - the hotel over all is nice but all this extra charges make it inconvenient - also I think it's overrated, the hotel is nice but pretty old style.

Everything!! That you had to wear caps in the pool - it was extremely hot when we were there! The pool closed at 7.00 pm - would have been nice if you could still use it until 9 - 10 pm!

Great location, nice pool and breakfast and lunch are very good. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The hotel is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful Some of the staff were borderline rude. They don't go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as it could be. The pool has a rule that you must wear swim caps. Never done this anywhere I've traveled

The best location right in the middle of the traffic free shopping area, 2 mins from the beach and walking distance to port and castle. The 4 course dinner for 30 euros was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would have liked a steam room. There were 2 spa pools but one was a bit further from main pool. The other one next to the pool we weren't sure what the rules were regarding its use. It would be helpful to have clear written instructions on charges and rules regarding pool use. Coffee in room would be nice.

Bright clean sophisticated. Great reception service. Excellent breakfast. On site parking. Tiny issue really - no tea making facilities in room. However kettle and cups provided when requested.

Amazing location , with a delicious breakfast to start any day . Lack of air conditioning left us leaving the doors open for ventilation and victim to mosquitos .

The thermal pools were excellent. Great to relax and get away from the heat. Disposable plastic cups in the room. Difficult to hold and not reusable. A couple of glasses in the room for water would be better. Extra charge for pool towel, plus extra charge for mandatory swimming caps. Finding out the booking.com rate was above the hotel standard rate.
