Very nicely located Stairs can be a workout

Very friendly, helpful staff and owner. Also centrally located. We had a great time! Highly recommend!

The location was great, next to the bus stop, beach, shopping street 10/10. The room was very big and we had our own terrace which was great. Everything was clean and modern. And the staff was great and so helpful. When you enter the bathroom and put the light on the light also comes to the sleeping area because of the thin wall of the bathroom. Breakfast could have had more options, I would not consider this as a good breakfast.

Great central location, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They have allowed us to leave our suitcase for the entire day after check out. The surroundings have plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Breakfast has both sweet and some savoury stuff, although it could have been a bit richer.

The accomodation as a whole is lovely - my room was extremely spacious and clean, I even had a whole balcony to myself which was nice. The lady that greeted me was very kind, English not the best but nothing google translate can’t help. And finally the location is amazing, 10 min walk from port, 3 min walk to beach/beach bars and around 5 min to the main strip for food etc. Would definitely stay again! Minor issues but I found the metal chairs on my balcony very uncomfortable and couldn’t sit outside for long periods - I would suggest adding cushions or something and also I found breakfast a little bland. Wasn’t a problem for me but one thing to mention is there are quite a few stairs and no lift, which may be difficult for some

Central to walk everywhere Up 4 full flights of stairs is a drawback. I was told there were stairs but not that many!

No lift but the apartment is located on the 4th floor. We had a big luggage and it was not comfortable to climb. There were no hot water just warm. Breakfast was to simple and basic.

The accommodation was perfect, we couldn’t ask for a nicer host! Also the location is very convinient, because it’s very close to the beach, the port, the main street and the bus stops! The rooms are nice and clean and there is a beautiful balcony :) very much recommended! -

Location is great, staff very friendly and facilities clean. The only disadvantage was a bit poor sound isolation between the rooms.

The Staff was amazing Anna and Rosangela were really friendly and would help with everything. The room was big and clean. Unfortunately we had some trouble with the Host. My Boyfriend broke a piece of furniture by sitting on it for a split second. Thankfully he didn't get hurt by it. I told the Host right away what happened by the phone and reassured him that we would pay the damaged piece which resulted in 100,00 Euros. But the Host wasn't happy with that since he also wanted 50,00 additional euros for the transport of that piece. I told him that we gladly will pay the 100,00 euros for the damage but that we will not cover the transport - resulting in 150,00 which was half of the prize we paid for the room itself. I also wanted him to speak to my boyfriend since it was "their" deal and they could make it out but he just told me he doesn't wish to speak to him cause otherwise he would get mad and call the police on him to make sure he will pay the additional 50,00 Euros. He asked us to never come again after that incident (Which clearly we would never do after such a behavior or ever recommend it to anybody else). After I quit that call he immediately called the staff, asking them to let us know we have to leave the B&B right away and to not leave our bags for the rest of the day like he told us to do. I travel a lot but never had anything so unprofessional like this before, threatening to call the police over such thing when you're willing to pay the damages. Maybe the Host will overthink how he treats his clients in the future - in fact people that were honest about what happened and willing to pay rather then just leave without saying anything. Unfortunately I would never recommend this B&B to anyone and will definitely not come again. One way to ruin your stay in Ischia.

When we arrive the host knew our aprox arrival and even though we had to wait all hot and sweaty in the entrance till the host came. Pillows in the B&B were very bad on my opinion. I had the feeling that because the lack of English in the staff for breakfast we didn't got the quality the host want to give with it. Other thing i didn't like is that we wanted to make late check out so we asked and we were told that to even make check out 1-2 hours late we should pay 85€ when the price for one night it is around 90€, so we found that very unfair.

The shower was broken as the overhead shower did not work. The hand shower had a hole in the hose and had no pressure. The shower door had a gap and allowed water to get all over the floor.also, the shower is see through so when you shower everyone else can see you. The room was extremely hot and the AC did not work well. The breakfast was not good at all. I have never tasted such poor food. All of the options were stale. The water with oranges in it tasted like mold. The employees came into my room without permission. There was not an option for a do not disturb. I have traveled the world and this was one of the biggest scams I have come across.

The property is well located and the staff is friendly and responsive. There are many shops and restaurants just down the street and Ischia port and bus terminal are a 10 min walk away.
