Location is perfect. Minutes walk from ferry, bus station and Ishigakijima Village for food and drink. Free tea and coffee in reception too. All rooms face the harbour with a balcony. No chairs on the balcony .

The hotel is very conveniently located. It is a short walk to the bus terminal, ferry terminal, and many restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was clean and comfortable. Some guests have complained that the beds are hard. They are, but we thought that they were still comfortable.

We like the location & the view from our room . It’s very near to the boat terminal which is excellent ! Less than 5 min walk . We think the service level can be better . We understand that it’s typhoon threat situation and no house keeping is available for our 5 nights stay ! But when typhoon warning was stand down on our 3rd day , no house keeping was offered ! only change of towels . We think hotel can offer better compensation than just offering 2 free bottle drinks .

I like the location most as its near to many tourist spots and restaurants. I didn't like the hotel's policy of not complete cleaning of rooms with change of sheets every day room is bit smaller than my expectation and beds was not soft

view, relatively large rooms, balcony, possible to open 2 big suitcases in parallel, location very close to boat pier and city bathroom would need a renovation, was a bit smelly, pribably from the sink

the property is close to many restaurants, shops and the port. it was easy to schedule excursions at the port. the bed was very uncomfortable

The building is a bit old but the staff provided excellent and friendly service, and the rooms were clean. Furthermore, the location is conveniently close to the ferry port.
