The staff were very helpful, and even provided options for room change when I mistakenly selected a smoking room. The hotel is located a short walk from a cheap parking lot, the ferry terminal, and the entertainment district. The hotel's page on this site shows Okinawan/continental-style breakfast on trays with hot rice and miso soup, but this was NOT what was provided. Instead we were served a choice of cold bento boxes on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is false advertising on the part of the hotel, and was definitely not appreciated, as the food was one of the main reasons for choosing.

Breakfast was included and the lady on the desk was most friendly and polite. The hotel is very central and close to the ferry and bus terminal. A hotel cannot choose its guests but with paper-thin walls, TVs and the laundry there was a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep on some evenings. The hotel has seen better days - the toilet cisterns take a noisy 10 minutes to refill after a flush. For foreign visitors, I would recommend they avoid this accommodation.

- Very close to the ferry terminal and to the "730 crossing", which means the city center - Breakfast included (a bento box was offered to be eaten in the room, due to the corona virus) - Free parking space (under request, because it's limited) - Good Wi-Fi signal - Old facilities (it seems the hotel was never renovated since the 1980s) - I got a "smoking" room so, yes, it was smelly
