Parking was atrocious and caused me to turn into traffic, hit a pole, and back up 2 blocks to avoid repeating the same issues. Parking is "available" but there's only 4 spots and it's first come first serve with no advisory until you show up.

the look and the aesthetic that’s it the rest was terrible rude staff, overpriced everything, needing to pay for every tiny little thing you needed, rock hard bed, no amenities, no help or customer service

The name of hotel says “the breakfast hotel” but the quality was just average. Surprisingly there were no freshly cooked egg dishes. I know egg is no longer cheap in Japan but just disappointed. Other than that I could get free coffee and smoothies which was great.

Great breakfast, nice to have access to a water server and a coffee machine. Welcome drink was a good touch too. Can be difficult if you have a hire car as parking space is very limited and you can’t pre-book it. No space to park temporarily for check in and the reception is on the 5th floor which makes it tricky unless you have 2 or more adults.

Breakfast was great with so much variety. They also had welcome drinks which were well appreciated. Location was exceptional to reach out to nearby restaurants and ferry terminal. Whenever we come back to the room, there was a slight humid smell so ventilation might have some challenges.

Very good location and reliabile wifi. The balcony was not set up properly—there was no table or chair, which would have made it more functional and enjoyable. In the room was a little bit o humidity.

The location is convenient and the food was delicious The staff should know better the place , it was very difficult to get information from them. At least one of the ladies was very helpful. Also the first day they have some Okinawa cookies and they didn't put more again, and I wanted to buy that product but the staff cannot provide information about the name/brand or any other info of the cookies.

It’s very central. The room was very clean, the staff helpful. There is free coffee, water and smoothie. They start vacuuming the hallway at 07.45am and this goes on and off until 09.00am. At 09.00am something like a drilling sound starts. It is impossible to sleep after 07.45am with all the noise as sound isolation doesn’t really exist.

Excellent location within walking distance of great shops and restaurants in downtown Ishigaki. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was delicious! They also provided new towels everyday, and there was a place onsite to do laundry. The room was a little small and wifi only works in your specific room and reception area.

The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. I slept really good both nights. I didn’t like the check in on the machine. What’s the point if anyway after you’re done on the machine you will have to finish the check in process at the front desk ? Would be better to just make regular check in at the front. Would be more friendly and probably faster.

It is a great hotel. I loved the faciities, the smoothies were delicious, the staff was kind, and right in the city center. The room was comfy, clean, nice, and well-designed. I will surely stay again there.
