Carlos at reception desk was very helpful, as were staff. He recommended local restaurants, store and arranged taxi to ferry. Breakfast included 2 beverages and breakfast entree.

Beautiful sea view in great location! Very fun to have access to bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards. Pretty courtyard and pool. We loved it!

The colors /name of the room, my room name was Joy, also that has different plants, so it looks like green healthy I think the balcony was different, it was a big wall in front of it, so I couldn't really see the sea from it. The price if paid I think is not according the place

Great location! Small but very nice boutique hotel with great staff and service. Beach club is very cool place to hang out and enjoy the beautiful views. Breakfast was very good each morning and offers lunch and dinner as well. A few other dining options available within short walking distance. Stayed in one of the upstairs rooms with nice terrace and view as well. Heard the Presidential Suite was very nice but hard to find it available since it is popular. Nothing.

Location was great, easy access to the beach and pool. One of the tourist attraction site was very close by. Much more quieter than the center.

Liked the ambiance, service and location. Delicious breakfast. Don’t recommend for people with ambulatory issues. There are many steps to most rooms and water activities. No elevator

Stayed 5 nights at Casa de Los Sueños and didn't want to leave! This boutique hotel is the perfect place to unplug, swim, and watch the waves. The food at Kin Ha was delicious and the receptionists were always very helpful (shout out to Francisco)! We went to the Playa Norte once or twice, and while the beaches there are stunning, we were happy to go back to the quiet side of the island to our cozy Casa :) Only downside was one side of the bed was pretty hard, but the other was comfortable (two beds pushed together).

The infinity pool was beautiful and right outside our room, so swam in it at night…really nice! Kin Ha was great and practically connected-we enjoyed jumping off the pier and the good food/drinks. We like the location but is 15-20 minutes from the main north beach and food options, but the local food places nearby are all great too! Our room had a beautiful ocean view! AC was great! The breakfast at Kin Ha didn’t open until 8, and we had to leave by then so we only got one day of the free breakfast, but it was very good:)

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. Special shout outs to Carlos, Roger, and Jessi. Golf cart broke down but that was a minor inconvenience.

Authentic, great view, nice connect to restaurant Kin Ha. Carlos the day hotel assistant was fabulous! Room lacked comfort, no chairs, bedding and little thin. No outlet in the bathroom, no mirror in main bedroom. Pool bar should be operational

One of the best locations on the island. Presidential Suite is expansive, large clean beautiful private pool, million dollar views. Staff is very friendly and professional. Included breakfast has 8-10 options and is freshly prepared and delicious. Property is clean and well maintained but dated, kinda tired. Presidential Suite kitchen very sparsely furnished.

Love, love this property. People are great, location is amazing and sister property Kin Ha makes the trip worthwhile. Highly recommend it.
