Villas Coco Resort - Adults Only

Quiet, friendly staff. Close enough to walk to restaurants, beach, Punta Sur, bars & a little convenience store. I’d definitely recommend this place. N/A

It is quiet and clean. The swimming pool is well-maintained. Although we usually have to do not disturb sign on our door, room service for what we needed was always prompt and done with joy. Nothing. We really liked it. However, the road that leads to it seems like you’re in the middle of nowhere. It is safe and nothing to worry about but some people think you’ve been dropped off in an alley.

Very cozy. Great staff, and the breakfast every morning was a bonus. Location isn’t the best, but ok if you don’t mind walking.

Quiet location and excellent staff and service.

Quiet very clean. Cleaning staff wonderful, waited until 2:30 or 3:00PM to clean our room as we usually get up late. Only a 5 minute walk from Loretas Beach Club. See picture with our SUP at Loretas. Good fridge, microwave and standard coffee maker. No filters or coffee provided. We brought our own Tim Hortons from Canada (2nd here so were prepared) and bought filters at Chedrai. Beautiful kitchen sink and counter. They arranged for Victor (father and son) Taxi 0048 who provided us with excellent service the whole 12 days. Also they let us test our SUP in the pool when it wasn’t in use. Thank you so much for all your kindnesses. The TV is flat screen but small I believe 28 inch.

Staff was very efficient, room was very comfortable, yummy fruit & toast breakfast included. We would highly recommend Villas Coco???? Everything was wonderful??????

It was very clean the pool was lovely gardens were beautifully maintained spacious rooms excellent cleaning staff very nice and helpful receptionist called ros nothing was to much trouble she dealt with all our requests very quickly and professionally also must give praise to the maintenance man that came in every day to clean the pool etc such a hard worker cleaning ladies were superb WiFi wasn't the best at all especially when other guests were trying to use it also when other guests were showering at the same time you had no shower water and on a final note there was one male receptionist who was very rude to us during our stay not helpful at all no people skills we did voice this to the manager that he was letting the hotel down but we could not fault the remaining staff they were truly exceptional

Clean, fairly large, well-maintained room, quiet location, garden view. Functional air conditioning, whirlpool tub in the room, equipped kitchenette. Sufficient accommodation for a few days. Reluctant and nasty lady at the reception, who also can't count when she returns money and looks at you strangely. Before you ask her for anything, you'd better change your mind and not ask for anything. The room was quite musty and unventilated. Breakfast was quite tragic, two pieces of toast and a few pieces of fruit, over and over again.

The area was nice and quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff was wonderful. This is my second stay here and I will definitely be returning.

Nice sized rooms. Fresh fruit for breakfast, pool was clean and nice. A little run down, walls had plaster falling out, the jacuzzi tub ran out of hot water before it was full,

Very nice managed property, far from public fuzz, close to nice beach club and punta Sur historical point with the adventurous trail above the roaring waives. This tranquil property has 16 rooms only, so I can recommend for the family reunion or girls escape.

We liked the fresh fruit and toast breakfast. The pool and grounds were well kept. The room was clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice. The location would not be for everyone as it was a $10. cab ride to town however we enjoyed the quiet and lack of crowds. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. We were very unhappy that we had not been warned that there were no glasses, dishes, cutlery etc and none available. We had to take a taxi into town to buy plastic cups and dishes. There was no ice or ice cube trays to make ice. The advertised hot tub was not functioning and appeared to have not been operational for some time. No reading lights beside the bed.
