Fantastic location. Close to ferry and shopping. Short walk to the beach. Busy street but quiet by 11 pm. Can’t think of a negative.

We had a very great time staying at this hotel. The staff were very nice, helpful and welcoming. They helped us with any needs. The location was great in the middle of downtown and right on the shopping street, and even considering this there was almost no noise at night. The rooms were nice and clean and in was very good value for money on an island that is otherwise very expensive It’s a minor detail but the shower was not working perfectly. It was not warm and not a lot of water pressure.

Loved the location of the property. It was close to the beach, restaurants, the ferry and shopping areas. It would be nice to stock the fridge with water.

Property was very clean and close everything! The only thing that could have been better was the shower head. It felt like needles. But had good water pressure ?

The location is very good, you have everything you need around and very close to the beach, the staff is really helpful and nice. based in our experience you have to be aware of extra charges, once we arrive we were told that we had to pay 21% extra (from our total)for local taxes that we didn’t know and it was to late to search for another hotel because it was a busy season, and if you want to really rest maybe this is not your place because it is quite noisy, there is a restaurant beside with nice live music but even if you close the window is hard to block the noise.

There was not breakfast that we saw, but location was ideal. Difficult to find without cell service in Isla Mujeres, but literally a block away from main road, and situated right in the heart of the central market district, easy to get everywhere. Very nice boutique hotel. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee haha.
