The Location was perfect! Our toilet wasn’t working 1/2 the time - nothing we couldn’t fix each time.

Clean, great location in isla mujeres, next to everything and the staff is amazing. I must note that during my stay, as it was my birthday, my boyfriend called for them to arrange flowers and chocolate, they did so happily and with a big heart. Thank you so much! Nothing:)

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Price is right and location is centrally located. Stairs are a bit hard to manage. Construction noise.

They should altleast have drinking bottle water in the rooms

The rooms are spacious and nice. We took a room for a couple , the bed was comfortable. There was a kitchen that we used for breakfast. There was hot water in the shower. The staff was very helpful and patient with any question we had. You could fill up water at the front desk with no limit. The only downsides were that there are little tiny ants around the kitchen so you can’t leave anything out of the fridge otherwise they climb in it. The other only downside is the shower pressure isn’t the best but we didn’t mind. The safe was broken and the staff tried to help but could succeed, they ended up giving us a key to it so it worked out.

Great location, friendly staff. AC remote required hitting the buttons multiple times to make the AC function.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay again and recommend it to any traveler that doesn’t need a beachfront hotel. The particular room was a little loud from the wind and the staff corrected the problem with light entering the room during the night.

Great location, easy check-in, overall good experience. The bed is not very comfortable.

Staff is really nice and tentative. The room was clean and amenities such as mink fridge, cooking utensils and more. Check in was a breeze too The mattress was awful, it was almost like sleeping on a yoga mat. Our room was at the roof top, and because there is nothing blocking the wind, the windows kept banging all night, plus, there was a ruckus above our room, from buckets or something blown by the wind. Wifi doesn’t work that well up there either; as there are plenty of stairs, if you’re traveling with older relatives, I suggest you ask for a room on the ground floor

The mattress was good, water hot, and air conditioner worked well. Way too much noise. I know it will be noisy on a holiday, but the other nights there were various noises- a loud dripping noise from outside the room, buzzing from the fridge, children making noise, etc.

The location was perfect! The shower was hot and the staff were very nice!

Not too far from the pier, the AC was great and the room was big and comfortable. There was hot water, but at certain points of the day the water pressure would be extremely low or there would be no hot water. Eventually, everything went back to its normal function, just island life things.

Slight bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes at times. Likely from the shower drain, but it wasn't too bothersome to me, I just kept the bathroom door closed. Also if you are on an upper floor there will be several flights of stairs to lug your luggage up. It was also a bit bright in the room for me to sleep well as the doors to the rooms have frosted glass panels and the lights from the hallway and other lights/streetlights on the neighboring buildings shined in all night.
