So peaceful and a superior beach to playa Norte. The staff were incredible.

Wonderful hostel offering options from dorms to cozy private rooms. We loved the onsite dive shop. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. In the shared bathroom in our building, only one of the two showers worked. The restaurant was a bit crazy, though we visited during the final FIFA matches, so it probably isn’t always like that.

Perfect location close to EVERYTHING alive in the island! Coworking area is super GOOD, very clean and professional. The beach club inside the hostel is super cool and relaxing, very delicious food and the people there are very welcoming! The power socket in the bed bunk wasn't working any good. Bathrooms and floor inside the shared bedrooms should be cleaned more deeply. And some lockers inside the rooms could be good! Maybe some extra showers outside the pool could help.

The location is PERFECT! 3 min walk to best beach on the island! The coworking area is super good and the restaurant/bar inside the hostel has delicious food at decent prices. The bed/hammocks are free for guests and the vibes are super chill, not noisy at all. WiFi works great and they do have hot water in the shower. The shared bedrooms should be cleaned more often, the floor may get easily dirty of sand. The shower/bathroom sometimes smelled bad, like from the drainage. I'd appreciated it change of bed sheets for long stays. Power sockets in my bed bunk weren't functioning well, bed bunks a bit old I guess.

The location is excellent—very close to Playa Norte and on the same street. The manager, Manuel, was very kind and helpful and assisted me with a reservation I had mistakenly made for a dorm bed. The shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly and always had enough toilet paper. The kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped with everything needed. The air conditioning worked very well. The whole property felt comfortable and almost like a resort, with a lovely pool and plenty of space to relax. There were no towels in the room, and reception was not available 24/7, either in person or through WhatsApp. This made it difficult to get help whenever an issue came up، also the Check-out was too early at 11:00 a.m., so I didn’t have enough time to enjoy breakfast comfortably. A 12:00 p.m. check-out would be much more reasonable.

I liked the location. Front desk staff did not have good communication skills and could not answer simple questions simply, was told towels would be delivered on our first day and I didnt get towels until the 4th day of trip, cleaning person always made me feel bad for bringing in sand when there is no where to rinse off before getting to restroom or room, Caught cleaning lady several times looking at me and my daughters with an ugly look and taking pictures of the bathroom with sand after we left make us feel uncomfortable.

Spacious nice They ask u to pay more tax when you there and deposit for the room card if 2 travellers they give u only one card and ask u to pay for the second. They gave us a floor bed and when we entered the room it was already used we contacted them they said u can use upper bed we will not ask the person to move 3. if u try to sit in the beds in-front of the beach they come to u in a sec u have to order food more than 200 to use them ( and nothing is 200 in the menu 150 p so u have to order 2 ) 4. A cat scratched my mom while we were coming to our room we didn’t even try to play or touch her we were just passing and she attacked us the night stuff didn’t care saw it and ignored it until i went and asked for med 5. One of our friends broke his foot finger while playing volleyball inside the hotel 0 help he did everything by himself. Stuff can be nicer and more chill

A perfect spot to stay with your a solo traveller looking for community, or traveling with friends and want a fun lively atmosphere I liked all of it as a part of the experience. It was quieter than I expected, with a perfect location. If you are looking for a lux hotel experience, this isn’t it. It’s a total different immersive boho experience.

beatiful location , cool staf, in the shared room was not so clean, didnt clean the batyhroom every day, was stinky, room besides machinery romm also stinky

It’s was quiet and cute No clean towels- our room was not cleaned daily and when going to the front desk to get towels, they never had anything and gave me an attitude when i asked for clean towels

The room, despite being the suite, was unbelievably loud. Voices, doors, you could hear literally everything. In addition to that, there seem to be constant fixes and work being done everywhere - but no upgrades in at least 6 years

It was a perfect place to relax and read in the sun. Plenty of sun chairs and free drinking water. Also had daily free activities like fruit tasting, Guac lesson and yoga every morning. The restaurant on site is quite expensive. They weren’t super strict on enforcing the 200 peso per person rule for the beach chairs although some servers tried to be. If you don’t want to cook pre buying breakfast is definitely worth it.

Everything. What a vibe. Such a beautiful boho green lush property close to everything you need close by steps away in Isla mujeres. Padi dive shop on site. Right on the beach, although you can’t swim in the ocean, too rough water. Kitties waltzing around. Bar and restaurant. Sometimes live music. Coffee shop on site. Bar and restaurant. Cowork space. Decent internet. Overall loved it for its value and would definitely return The rooms weren’t very sound proof, if you know what I mean. Otherwise, all good

Close to the ocean and town

I’ve always loved this property so conveniently located and right on the beach. It has everything I need for an excellent vacation Not allowed to swim in the ocean.. I know it’s dangerous but it’s the only thing missing from an otherwise perfect resort

The location was fantastic!!! It is in the heart of downtown, but still far way from the noise and chaos of the main street. Being in front of the beach is a plus! The staff is friendly, respectful, and caring. Bathrooms are spotless!!! A big shout out to Javi, he goes above and beyond to make the guests' stay a very pleasant one!!! Applauses and kuddos to him, and to.all the amazing staff!! N/a
