Ardey Hotel

Solid breakfast, extremely well located. You cannot find a place of this quality for this price in this area. Highly recommend. The staff, of course, was wonderful, but then again, staff anywhere in Turkey is going to be wonderful, so no need to mention that again. There is the restaurant in the place if you're feeling lazy to eat there, which is a good thing. You're very close to the little Hagia Sophia to get away from the crowds, and there are some fine restaurants down there which I recommend. The hotel alarm is broken, which means that if you have a mild case of OCD, you have to sit in the restaurant and have your breakfast or tea, listening to a beep every 12 seconds. Hopefully they will fix this, since it went on the entire week that I was there. I told them, and they sort of looked at it and said, "Yeah, we really don't know." They were so nice about it, and I'm pretty sure they didn't know, but it sure was distracting.

The staff are amazing and lovely, the location is perfect, very close to the sultan ahmad mousqe and very close the . I booked the family room, it was big and enough for the 3 kids. Overall, I'd say it was a great stay. Nothing actually, since I believe for the money I paid the service and the place was in my expectation. If I'd improve something, it will be definitly the breakfast. The food was cold and I stayed for a week, the menu never changed, same dishes every day.

Location, near main attractions. Dirty rooms, mold in rooms walls. That is unacceptable. Broken things in room like hair dryer.

I had to call reception to turn on the heat but It took like 2 minutes, no complains here.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Decent breakfast and very nice location. Only 15 minutes walking distance from the Grand Bazar. Excellent experience. They take care of your transportation from and to both Airports. Te fares are similar to the ones you can find yourself but they take away your concerns and worries about finding the right and most convenient deal. They are in constant contact with you to assist you with everything throughout your stay. Highly recommended and very good value for money! BE AWARE OF YEOLLOW CABS. ALWAYS ASK FOR TAXIMEETER OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT BE VERY MUCH SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED. Therefore is better to book with the hotel. Nothing not to like. They deserve 5 stars!

This was a great stay during my weekend trip to Istanbul. Lovely staff that was always around to help and the location is primo!!! Right in the middle of the ancient city. There was nothing wrong with this place!

Very sweet staff. We arrived early after our flight and they let us check in to the room in the morning. Additionally offered us free breakfast on the first day of our arrival! Room is comfy and clean. Location is as central as is gets. Very nice stay,

There was no lobby but you could use the hotel's restaurant instead and enjoy your time.

Great localization, very helpful staff and superb meals in hotel restaurant. From this hotel you can just walk a few minutes to most of the iconic places in Istambul, use public transportation when going to asian site or further north. Hotel's personel is supportive and flexible and we had a good time staying. As for a group of seven people, we walk and tour a lot in the city and each time we came back, we could taste a wonderful food in the hotel's restaurant. As for this part, there's no need to look for other place for big meals, especially when hotel offers discount on the menu for its guests. At the end of the day, even the beds welcomed us with comfort. Definitely recommend for active people who wish to really visit Istambul rather than stay in huge hotels and just be in Istambul.

The location of the hotel is great. It is 3-5 min walk from the Blue Mosque, and there are lots of restaurants, cafes, and little shops nearby. The room was very nice, and it was cleaned on a daily basis. We also liked the breakfast, there was good variety of food. The staff at the reception is great as well.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful with whatever request I had. The proximity to alot of main attractions like The Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, Grand Bazaar which are roughly a 10 min walk, (15-20 min walk for the bazaar)

This hotel has one of the most helpful and friendly crew I have ever experienced. The hotel is clean and modern, so you can relax as much as you can. I also really liked the breakfast it was delicious and plenty. The location was perfect for our stay, all the famous places like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace is about 10-15min walk. I absolutely recommend for everyone.
