Basically, everything went well in our stay, even much beyond our expectations! The location is amazing. Room was clean and had everything we needed, also breakfast was very good. The most important part, the staff were amazing and really friendly people! We will definitely rebook this hotel for our next trips.

The breakfast was absolutely the same every day. Which was sad as the breakfast itself was not what we expected. Also, the rooms is very small but this is visible from the photos, so it is ok.

We loved our stay. The location was excellent very very close to all the tourist attractions. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the guys in the reception.Our room had an amazing view of the Blue Mosque, the breakfast was simple but very very tasty we really enjoyed it. For what we paid this hotel was the best choice highly recommend. Greetings to Dolgan in the reception best guy ever hope to see you soon again! We wish for them to pay just a little bit more attention on the cleaning

Amazing stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is great, and everything was well organized. Special thanks to Ahmad, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His positive attitude truly made a difference and turned our stay into a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the center and surrounded by many restaurants, bazaars, and tourist attractions. The owners are very friendly. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a free room upgrade. We received a very clean room in a quiet part of the building, so we had an excellent night’s sleep. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is very good and healthy. Thank you for everything!

The staff! Let me start by saying, for any tourists considering a visit to istanbul. Istanbul IS going to try and scam you on every part of your visit. I suggest reading up really well on HOW and WHERE they do that. BUT in Family Istanbul Hotel our group of 3, got the honor of meeting Dogan who worked on the reception, he managed to make our trip AMAZING with his tips and suggestions for where to go, what to see, AND where NOT to get scammed. We even had a situation where we asked Dogan to order us a pizza from Domino's (since he spoke turkish) and then Domino's pizza literally on the phone told Dogan an ABSURD price like 36 euros for 2 Pizzas, and told HIM to help them SCAM us. Dogan then proceeded to angrily decline that, shut off the call and tell us what happened. After appologizing for the situation he recommeneded us a turkish restaurant with super normal prices and the food turned out AMAZING (ended up paying like 10 euros and all of us were full). Anyways despite crazy scam attempts at us, following recommendations from the staff at Family Hotel we managed to have a GREAT week in istanbul and i 1000% recommend. Istanbul is a Great city, you just need to be well read and be careful in Touristic areas. AND talk to Dogan at reception for trip saving Istanbul tips ;)

Closer to some of the attractions. I had a bad experience with the owner of the property. He tried to cheat me in trying to arrange a tour for me. Only after a Turkish lawyer got involved did I get a partial refund. Frankly, it's a shame that such a property is promoted by booking.com. I wish to share with you complete details, if you wish to know. It's a long story. Also, there was construction activity around the clock within the hotel premises and for breakfast I had to go to another hotel about a kilo meter away. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Especially the owner, a very welcoming and friendly host. We felt like we were home. The location is spectacular, very close to the blue mosque, topkapi and bazaar. We will come back....
