BACHOS HOTEL SULTANAHMET enjoy breakfast on the sea view terrace

We arrived after midnight, unfriendly welcome. We were forced to cancel reservation and look for another accommodation.

The place is super nice! The staff is very friendly, the view is super nice on sea, with lots of seagulls visiting around. The rooms are spacious and clean and many amenities! The location is VERY QUIET and beautiful. However, very close to restaurants and many historical landmarks. Overall experience is excellent. You should try it. Maybe the breakfast needs to have more varieties.

Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from Sultanahmet Square. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and sufficient, and having it on the terrace was a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. An excellent choice for exploring Istanbul. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The terrace had a beautiful view and was one of our favorite spots. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sultanahmet Square and many historical attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would gladly stay here again.

Nothing Terrible, this is not a hotel!!! I cannot describe how old, neglected, dusty, and dirty this accommodation is. The breakfast food looked like it had been sitting there for two weeks; it seems the owner wouldn't even think of getting fresh supplies. Overall, a horrific experience. We arrived late and were forced to stay the night as we had no other choice, but we left this nightmare first thing in the morning. The photos on Booking.com do not represent the reality of this hotel at all.

It was very dirty and we saw two cockroaches in our room, the bathroom was dirty as well and the shower was broken and it was tapped.

Nothing this place was disappointing to say the least. I did not like this property at all and was disappointed. The property was not clean, unsafe, not for anyone with a family. The hotel was dirty from outside and inside and smelt very bad. The hotel looked like a hole in the ground and should not be considered a hotel.

The rooms are generally clean, but the shower is quite small — for me it was already a bit uncomfortable, so larger guests might find it difficult. Only basic toiletries are provided. I also missed small things like glasses, tissues, or at least a bottle of water and some tea or coffee in the room. After walking outside, it would be nice to come back and be able to enjoy a cup of tea without needing to go out again. Breakfast is very, very simple — just the basics. For many people, it won’t feel like a proper breakfast, so be prepared that you may need to eat somewhere else. Overall, this hotel is fine if you’re looking for a budget stay in a central area. With a few small improvements, it could feel much more welcoming. Good for short stays and solo travellers.

Room was very small with no drinking water, no TV, no dust bin no tissues

This family hotel looked after me so well. I booked half board. Each night I was shuttled to a beautiful fish and meat restaurant . Wonderful food at this restaurant

Though Hotel was not according to my expectation but staff were very helpful and cheerful. Location was very good and it was quite area no noise. Breakfast was very good. It was quite hotel no noise inside or outside the hotel. Many Market Hotel don't offer Television in rooms. no safety box available. Stairs were very tiring.
